The NH Supreme Court made a ruling that the perception in the public’s eye of the impracticality of a judge on a case must be unquestionable at all times. The NH constitution Part First article 35 clearly states “It is the right of every citizen to be tried by judges as impartial as the lot of humanity will admit”. Judge Fauver violated or allowed the Madbury NH selectmen to violated the law “Constitution” 29 or more times in the Bushong case. The NH Supreme Court refused to hear the case that spelled out Judge Fauver’s crimes. Now the Biased Judge Fauver in the Gary Dodd case was asked to be removed because of what the public would call biased actions that Fauver made. The Biased form of justice in NH is in direct conflict with our Constitution. Do we ask lawyers to question their own private club. The separation of power, no longer exists. Elected officials depend on judges protecting them so the elected officials cover up the judges miss deeds. The Public is left with diminished rights. The News media has become nervous of law suits so to stay on the good side of justice. They print the news in the most favorable manner to make the judicial crimes appear justifiable. There is the Judicial conduct committee but they are totally political. Where does the average citizen go? Is it time to take up arms and abolish the judges and government officials that violate the people’s rights?
We have elections but with the biased radio commentators and news reporters the average Joe can not get elected. It takes money and power to be allowed to represent the public in elected office. Veteran’s give their lives every day to see that the United States is a nation where justice is equal to all. Censor ship by the news media makes the Veteran’s opinion heard by only one set of ears. In NH U.S. Congress woman Shea-Porter interferes with a 100% disabled Veterans medical and the news covers it up. The established judicial and political protectors of the public’s rights have become a dominant club of dictators of the people’s rights. The checks and balances placed in our form of government have disappeared. The once unbiased news no longer reports discrimination and intentional harm to individuals unless it benefit’s the news media’s profits to speak.
The NH state police have become an enforcer for the elected officials criminal acts. Prosecutors no longer seek justice, they destroy the defendants character to prove an innocent person guilty. The State Prison is now used to limit justice to people standing trial. Lawyers no longer represent the people. The lawyer is now represents your bank account until it becomes the lawyers account. Once rich, these lawyers will become biased judges or political leaders to manipulate the system of government to enforce the established judicial and political protectors power.
This letter is my opinion. I served our country and came back to the “world” a 100% service connected disabled Veteran. I have earned the right as all veteran’s have for our opinion to be printed. The biased news will censor this letter. Death and destruction should not be necessary in a civilized society for justice to begin again.
