Cameron is somewhat pathetic to pretend not to be at the same team as Johnson. He was the one who called for vote at the worst time possible for staying in EU. Also Britain never asked any other EU nation citizens to join a coalition to challenge Brussels insane direct orders, in which they would have a massive support. The question is, did GB Bankers want to get rid of EU, or did EU Bankers want to get rid of GB. Switzerland is not in EU although located in the middle of W. Europe, where in Basel BIS holds its headquarters.
