The Meaning Of Dieudonné

Since the 1968 Student Revolution, the European and American Left, together with a herd of Jewish progressive intellectuals, have invested enormous effort in attempting to break society down into multiple segments of identities.

The Left adopted this peculiar approach because it could never cope with its own failure to bond with working people.

The Jewish intellectuals, who led the campaign, realized that fragmented and divided nations are far less dangerous for Jews. As we know, Jews are threatened by cohesive, patriotic nationalism, and for a good reason. After all, they were amongst the prime victims of such an ideology.

Bizarrely enough, dazzled by the emerging false prophecy of post-68 ‘identity politics,’ the Left was quick to drop its universal ethos. While in the past it aimed to cross the divide and unite the working people, the post-68 Left actually split and ghettoized the Western subjects by means of identification.

Instead of being and celebrating who and what we are, we’ve learned to identify with ready-made soundbites. Rather than simply being Jill, Joseph, Abe or Youssef, we are now identified ‘as a woman’, ‘as a gay’, ‘as a Jew’, ‘as a Muslim’, and so on.

In practice, the New Left has been erecting walls around us in an attempt to separate us into infinitesimally small, marginal identity groups. Peculiarly, it is the post-68 Left, rather than the capitalists, that drove us into segregation, isolation and political paralysis.

But then, pretty much out of the blue, Dieudonné, a black French comedian, has managed to re-unite the working people: the migrant communities, the Black, the Muslim, the North African as well as the White proletarian and at the same time, to deliver a universal message.

Dieudonné has reminded us what the Left stood for in the first place, before it was conquered by Marcuse and his Frankfurt Yeshiva’s pals.  It is the French entertainer who brings to light the most instinctive Left insight — we are actually united and identified in opposition to our oppressors, namely, the establishment.

The ‘quenelle’ –– a salute that was initially introduced by Dieudonné — embodies a modest and graceful openness of true resistance. It is a simple, restrained and poetic take on the crude Anglo-American ‘up yours’.

The gesture is obviously universal and an open call — everyone, including Jews, are welcome in, as opposed to the post-68 identity discourses that are largely defined by biology and race.

Being an emblem of an ethically driven and universalist standpoint the quenelle also symbolizes an opposition to the primacy of Jewish suffering and the tyranny of political correctness.

Dieudonné is the definitive hero of genuine socialist thinking in the spirit of the Paris Commune, and as such, he indeed poses a great danger to fake New Leftists and their paymasters at CRIF.

The kosher Frankfurt graduate sees the French masses gathering momentum and the people marching in the streets of Paris shouting ‘the emperor has no clothes’. In fact, there is not much to be concealed or suppressed anymore. Once again, the bare truth reveals itself and against all odds.

Gilad Atzmon

Gilad Atzmon is an Israeli-born British jazz saxophonist, novelist, political activist and writer.

Atzmon's album Exile was BBC jazz album of the year in 2003. Playing over 100 dates a year,[4] he has been called "surely the hardest-gigging man in British jazz." His albums, of which he has recorded nine to date, often explore the music of the Middle East and political themes. He has described himself as a "devoted political artist." He supports the Palestinian right of return and the one-state solution in the Israeli-Palestinian conflict.

His criticisms of Zionism, Jewish identity, and Judaism, as well as his controversial views on The Holocaust and Jewish history have led to allegations of antisemitism from both Zionists and anti-Zionists. A profile in The Guardian in 2009 which described Atzmon as "one of London's finest saxophonists" stated: "It is Atzmon's blunt anti-Zionism rather than his music that has given him an international profile, particularly in the Arab world, where his essays are widely read."

His new book The Wandering Who? is now availble at

  1. Hello Mr Atzmon. Thank you for you honesty. You are a brave man. Jewish power now is blatant. I first began to resent it when I discovered that many of the main characters in the GW Bush government were not just Jews but dual Americam-Israeli citizens.

I don’t see how anybody can deny that Jews have great power in government, the media, academia, finance and our awful modern culture. Enough is enough

    • Tx John,,, as I mentioned before, Jewish power is the capacity to stop us talking about Jewish power… but as we can see, this power is falling apart,,Dieudonne and Alain Soral are doing well in France,, and I guess that my book The Wandering Who paved the way to such a discussion in English..

    • We will know that Jewish power is waning in France when holo revisionists and organisations like the Front National do not need associations with Black buffoons like Dieudonne to show they’re not waycist. For as long as this Jewish-scripted anti-waycism holds sway, Jewish power will not be challenged by the one group capable of really doing it – the ethnic French acting in their own specific group interests to regain control of their homeland.

And when Africans like Dieudonne and middle Easterners like Atzmon press the claim that White peoples must not be allowed to control our homelands in our own interests, they also undercut their anti-war efforts, where according to their universalist and anti-waycist claims, Arabs and Muslims should have no more right to freedom from colonization than the English or French.

  2. Mr. Atzmon,
Your honesty is something appreciated here. Yes, the left is a group of divisive elitists, and by rejecting those of us with dirt under our fingernails, they have indeed rejected their status as our spokespeople.
Only one who has directly dealt with the largely jewish intellectual left can fully realize the contempt with which the working people are held by them.
This contempt is evidenced directly in globalism, where our roles in society as the makers, the shapers, proud of their role in building and sustaining, has been STOLEN by a corrupt and utterly evil agenda that has no defense. NO DEFENSE.
Today this same parasitic collection of useless eaters steals everything and blames US, the casualties of their arrogant excess!
    Goddam them all!!!!!!!
We do not need spokespeople who get their rocks off by inflicting more torture, more loss, more depravity. I’m glad the French have their Mr. D., we here in America have no one but ourselves. Want to know why the working people in America flock to the suicidal right? Because the left crucifies them! It really is a twisted, degenerate position to be in, and its about time America started to re-assess it loyalties.
I promise you this, sir, it won’t be lost on many who their tormentors are, and those who think they have a lock on it all, and can continue this game endlessly, are deeply mistaken.

    • I remember the books (call them booklets) by Marcuse from a quick read because I searched for one example (I did not find it but I know it was Marcuse) explaining that we do not need more than ONE car (a friend explained that while Marcuse is great he is stupid when he gives details).

This explains the problem. All these books are like the first sixty pages of the Talmud dealing with how to “open a light” on Sabbath.

And after the sixty pages the Talmud discusses how to close a light.
