AEGIS Fail in Black SEA, Ruskies Burn Down USS Donald “Duck”

Is this why Keshe Was Poisoned?

Russian Su -24 scores off against the American "USS Donald Cook"

Russian Sukhoi Su -24 with the newest jamming complex paralyzed in the Black Sea the most modern American combat management system “Aegis” installed on the destroyer “USS Donald Cook”. Pavel Zolotarev, Deputy Director, Institute of USA and Canada, shares details about this version which is being actively discussed in the Russian media and by bloggers.

US destroyer “Donald Cook” with cruise missiles “Tomahawk” entered the neutral waters of the Black Sea on April 10. The purpose was a demonstration of force and intimidation in connection with the position of Russia in Ukraine and Crimea. The appearance of American warships in these waters is in contradiction of the Montreux Convention about the nature and duration of stay in the Black Sea by the military ships of countries not washed by this sea.

In response, Russia sent an unarmed bomber Su- 24 to fly around the U.S. destroyer. However, experts say that this plane was equipped with the latest Russian electronic warfare complex. According to this version, “Aegis” spotted from afar the approaching aircraft, and sounded alarm. Everything went normally, American radars calculated the speed of the approaching target. And suddenly all the screens went blank. “Aegis” was not working any more, and the rockets could not get target information. Meanwhile, Su-24 flew over the deck of the destroyer, did battle turn and simulated missile attack on the target. Then it turned and repeated the maneuver. And did so 12 times.

Apparently, all efforts to revive the “Aegis” and provide target information for the defence failed. Russia’s reaction to military pressure from the United States was profoundly calm, feels the Russian political scientist Pavel Zolotarev:

The demonstration was original enough. A bomber without any weapons, but having onboard equipment for jamming enemy radar, worked against a destroyer equipped with “Aegis”, the most modern system of air and missile defence. But this system of mobile location, in this case the ship, has a significant drawback. That is, the target tracking capabilities.

They work well when there is a number of these ships which can coordinate with each other somehow. In this case there was just one destroyer. And, apparently, the algorithm of the radar in the “Aegis” system on the destroyer did not load under the influence of jamming by the Su-24. It was therefore not only a nervous reaction to the fact of flying around by the Russin bomber which was common practice during the Cold War.

The reaction of the Americans was due to the fact that most modern system, especially its informative or radar part, did not work adequately. Therefore, there was such a nervous reaction to the whole episode.

After the incident, the foreign media reported that “Donald Cook” was rushed into a port in Romania. There all the 27 members of the crew filed a letter of resignation. It seems that all 27 people have written that they are not going to risk their lives. This is indirectly confirmed by the Pentagon statement according to which the action demoralized the crew of the American ship.

What are the possible consequences of the incident provoked by the U.S. in the Black Sea? Pavel Zolotarev forecasts:

I think that Americans are somehow going to reflect on improving the system “Aegis”. This is a purely military aspect. In political terms, there is hardly any likelihood of demonstrative steps by either side. That is enough. Meanwhile, for Americans it is a very unpleasant moment. In general, the missile defence system which they deploy involves huge expenditures.

They have to prove each time that it is necessary to allocate funds from the budget. At the same time, the ground component of the ABM was tested in ideal conditions and showed a low efficiency. This fact is concealed by the Pentagon. The most modern component, the sea-based system “Aegis” also showed its shortcomings in the present case.

The system with which the Russian Su-24 shocked the American destroyer “Donald Cook” has the code name “Khibiny”. This is the name of the mountain range on the Kola Peninsula in the Arctic Circle. “Khibiny” is the newest complex for radioelectronic jamming of the enemy. They will be installed on all the advanced Russian planes .

Recently the complex has undergone regular testing exercises on the ground in Buryatia. Apparently, the tests which were conducted under conditions as close to real as possible, were successful.

Bull crap can explain away anything an expert bull-shitter can fabricate. Deny, deny, deny…
Pentagon “officials” do this all of the time. We, as average Americans, aren’t even aware that such highly-sophisticated technology has been developed — let alone applied to star wars weaponry. At least, that is what our leaders like to think. The average movie-goer or tv junkie has a knowledge of what exists in our arsenal.
The story of the Donald sittin-duck Cooke incident is quite accurate; Believe it. I won’t say how I know. Yet, I
can tell you all that KIIBINY was our own technology, produced originally by the U.S. All the upgraded Russian
fighters are being outfitted with KHIBINY. The pentagon is not coming out with information stating that we also
have it. By now, it’s considered an alternative to nuclear weapons, since nukes are more final.

  3. CANUGUESS WHOO  November 20, 2014 at 3:24 pm

The American ship was disabled from 2 Russian planes. Flying in a formation they both used mag/grav tech along with a lensing affect to direct the field at the ship overtaking the electronics. The electron or any electromagnetic waves become subordinate to the stronger more powerful mag/grav technology

  4. Doug53  November 15, 2014 at 2:46 pm

Is there anyone out there who I could have a conversation with that may have read books written by Tom Bearden on the Russians and their Scalar Electromagnetic Technology? I read his books and thought the science to be possible (I am an electrical engineer). However I had my reservations and thought he was on the fringe! I found that the big difference between me and others schooled in American Colleges is that I did not take everything taught in college as gospel. Tom fed into this belief of mine. After this incident, if it is real I believe he may not have been so far out there!

    • CANUGUESS WHOO  November 17, 2014 at 2:24 pm

Scalar technology is very real. i personally know people who worked with Bearden. There is one problem, and it is why i do not believe scalar weapons were used. The system the russians used not only jammed all the communications, but basically blacked out the electronics control systems too. “As the Russian jet approached the US vessel, the electronic device disabled all radars, control circuits, systems, information transmission, etc. on board the US destroyer. In other words, the all-powerful Aegis system, now hooked up – or about to be – with the defense systems installed on NATO’s most modern ships was shut down, as turning off the TV set with the remote control.”
The Keshe technology is capable of doing this and much more if so desired. The MagGrav tech could literally not only blackout the ship but cause all the electronics to have to be rewired from A to Z for the entire ship. It depends on the applications one wants and how the system is setup. I know these systems fairly well. Conventional phased array cannot to my knowledge blackout the systems on the ship. Even if the systems are shielded from any EM waves of any sort the maggrav fields go right through the shielding and have the desired affect one wants. Unless the ship can block gravitational fields its a sitting duck from now on.

    • Doug53  November 17, 2014 at 5:51 pm

Wow! Thanks for that. If this Keshe technology is that effective and known then that just shows how much the people who are responsible for putting our ships in harms way really don’t care about the people caring out their orders. I was just a Coast Guard Electrician that went back too school and work for the Navy in a nonrelated way. But this incident makes me feel like somebodies been holding back on a lot of black technology.

Hello DGSE. I agree with you about the Naval Officers. They had to be officers as enlisted men cannot resign. Glad to see there are others who read these websites and material and think it may be more than conspiracy.

I’m inclined to not believe this side story either. Its too over the top.

About the same time as the Donald Duck incident the UFO under the Baltic sea began taking on more media coverage. Coincidence?

Why go to the trouble and blame it on superior craftsmanship when it could be blamed on a 10,000 year old rock under water.

  10. CANUGUESS WHOO  November 14, 2014 at 2:39 pm

The technology has nothing to due with any electromagnetic fields or EMP’s. it works on quantum magnetic fields of various strength and type. anything electromagnetic field can be absorbed or repelled based on applications one wants. The technology is used for space travel to keep harmful energies from affecting passengers on the craft. And i don’t mean space shuttle either, if you get what im saying

    • CANUGUESS WHOO  November 15, 2014 at 2:40 am

no EMP was used. sorry no links. i have personal experience and knowledge of the technology and science that used

  11. franktalk  November 14, 2014 at 11:49 am

I saw this story many months ago when the incident first happened. I assumed that VT was aware of it, so I was waiting to hear what Gordon or others might have found out in back channels. When I saw no follow up I thought perhaps it was too hot to speak of. . . like’ the love that dare not be mentioned’.

It was well reported (if you were looking during that brief news cycle). I saw reference to it in one the defense news sites as well..

    • CANUGUESS WHOO  November 14, 2014 at 2:33 pm

Both Iran and Russia possess this technology. It can block any electromagnetic field based communications for just one aspect. Another is that is can disable all the electronics permanently so that the entire ship or craft has to be completely re-wired from bottom to top. Americans are getting left behind in old science and physics due to arrogance and ignorance of their ageing scientist desperate to hold to their claims and relevance. I should tell you Japan and china are currently pursuing this technology and are already manufacturing systems for various applications based on the new science which the technology is based on.

  12. lieutenantM  November 14, 2014 at 9:48 am

    GOTTA LOVE THIS MOVE, YES?

Then [the Russian fighter jet] turned and repeated the maneuver–AN IN-THE-CLEAR DRY RUN ATTACK SIMULATION– And did so 12 times.

  13. Bente  November 14, 2014 at 9:32 am

Yes same story is on http //www.informationclearinghouse.info/article40222.htm today 14 Nov 2014 – taken from Voltairenet of 8 Nov 2014, http //www.voltairenet.org/article185860.html, which first published it in September 2014… the Voltaire one has a great 9 minute promotional video of the “wonderful Aegis system currently installed on the most sophisticated US Navy warships and in the process of being set up throughout the entire range of NATO naval forces.” This missile defense system was completely knocked out in the Black Sea by a Russian electronic warfare device. There is a second video from RT of 58 seconds showing the Su-24 overflying USS Donald Cook or “Duck” as some now call this US battleship… the 9 minute US promotional video is interesting, very promotional… but obviously the system is useless. Vladimir Balybine – director of the research center on electronic warfare and the evaluation of so-called “visibility reduction” techniques attached to the Russian Air Force Academy – made the following comment “The more a radio-electronic system is complex, the easier it is to disable it through the use of electronic warfare.” I would ad, one thing is promotion another reality !!!! Well Done Russia !!!!

  14. Joanna Mccain  November 14, 2014 at 7:53 am

yeah, the story is old, but something else is on my mind …
…given this particular show of old toys(I am sure) by Russia,
Merkel annoucing her desire not to finish her term…
Germany’s recent incapability to support NATO, …
makes me wonder if the bill attached to Paperclip isn’t due…?…

    • lieutenantM  November 14, 2014 at 9:49 am

wow, Git a link to the Merkel announcement?

    • Joanna Mccain  November 14, 2014 at 11:19 am

      No, I am sorry I don’t have a link.
Most likely I read it in a paper edition of Der Spiegel.
I guess my statement was misleading(“Merkel announcing”) because she was not quoted to say this, but with everything what is going on with Germany as an inside and foreign politics speculation in german Paper was very interesting to me on many levels. Der Spiegel also is known to have an ear to the ground as far as politics are concerned.
      Besides
Merkel speaks with a forked tounge, all in the best interests of Germany.
Take a Rheinmetall for example moving to Russia…
Merkel visited China for 5 or 6 days (not for tea I would dare to say it)
The Silk Road or Eurasian Bridge is already a done deal
Merkel speaks fluent Russian and Putin speaks fluent German…
and trust me there is no way in hell Germany will take the 3rd destruction in the last 100 years for those who destroyed her in the first place.

    • drbhelthi  November 14, 2014 at 1:40 pm

Think about it. Charlotte Iserbyt put the dots together.
WWII NAZI gen. Reinhard Gehlen organized the CIA, then the Bundes Nachrichten Dienst. The Snowden data-dump evidenced the BND to be the NSA/CIA extension service in Germany. The trial of Beate Zschaepe – -. Who is supposed to believe that this woman and crew murdered and robbed from Berlin to Munich for ten years without the German Criminal Police OR the Bundes Nachrichten Dienst knowing about it?

    • drbhelthi  November 14, 2014 at 2:01 pm

The BND is the German CIA, and calls the shots in Germany. The BND is the CIA/NSA arm in Germany, whose orders originate in London/DC/Tel Aviv. Gehlen´s 1947 dream of war between the US and Russia ended with the cold war, 1989. Of course Merkel has to support the NAZI/CIA/Israeli revival of the Gehlen plan, or have a deadly heart attack. The idea of Merkel resigning appeared in German newspapers today. Perhaps a quiet coups has taken place, and a CIA-appointed stooge will replace her, providing more vigorous support for the Illuminati/NAZI/CIA/MOSSAD intended colonization of Ukraine; afterwards, Russia. Merkel has done a remarkable job considering all angles. No date of resignation was listed.

    • franktalk  November 14, 2014 at 11:38 am

That was reported as Merkel being moved up into the EU command chain. Probably more as a reward to keep runnning intererence for the Rothschild Zionist group. Rather than stepping down if you followed the story it was a promotion.

    • drbhelthi  November 14, 2014 at 2:07 pm

Perhaps the supposition is accurate. Her influence in the EU might not work out as is predicted. We will know more within a couple of months. Perhaps weeks.

Yes, this story is old even more than one month, Uncle Duff!

I saw this story in the summer on one of the White Hats’

And if I am not mistaken (which I often am), The Iron Dome system relies on U.S Aegis ships sitting off-shore.

    • robert  November 14, 2014 at 11:12 am

Interesting to see Russian warships off Papua New Guinea whilst Putin is in Brisbane Australia at the G20 meeting. A lot of shirt fronting going on.

  18. Howie J  November 13, 2014 at 9:18 pm

Apart from a typo (this article is translated), The message being conveyed is “It seems that all 27 people have written that they are not going to risk their lives”.

This was on several sites a while ago, And at the time I gathered that the crew of the USS Donald (sitting duck) Cook did not take kindly to being used as bait, Or sacrificial lambs.

If Putin and his Generals revealed this technology to the U.S, It is because their technology far surpasses this little display.

Russians make infuriating chess players, And Putin is up their with the best of them.

 That is GOOD NEWS! Except for the waste of our tax $. This means, USA & Russia are in equal footage.
 One reason, why Israel doesn’t want Iran to have Nukes! It won’t be unable to use its Nukes on Iran.

    On a Different Note
 It seems, we will soon have an Expose of “Exactly, Who, What, Where & Why About 9/11”
 On March 24, 2004, Richard Clark, Bush, JR’s. # 1 Expert on National Security, Infrastructure Protection, and Counter-Terrorism testified at the Public 9/11 Commission Hearings. Clarke said then “Your Country Failed You & I Failed You.” Watching Lt. General Daniel Bolger, the author of “Why We Lost” On Democracy Now-TV, they showed a clipping where he said, the reason of his resignation was because Bush, Jr., & Cheney asked him to lie that Iraq has WMD.

    @CogitoMan,
Btw, forgot to previously mention that this news on your post above (“Russia’s long-range bombers will conduct regular patrol missions from the Arctic Ocean to the Caribbean and the Gulf of Mexico.”), I’ve read it recently somewhere, either some other site, or some Forum, can’t remember (but not on ZH, as I didn’t know that site).

On the other side, this news published today on VT, apparently published elsewhere, as you mention, other posters also mention other sites where it was published before, I haven’t read it anywhere else, 1st time I see it is here.
And I must say, it made my day much happier )

I wonder where the Russians have got that technology from (“the latest Russian electronic warfare complex”, as mentioned on the articlcle).
I wouldn’t be that surprised if Putin is getting some little help from some Benevolent ETs, that as a lot of ppl around the World, are also getting tired of so much arrogance and hegemonic policies from the USA… Just wondering… 😉

    • PallMall  November 13, 2014 at 5:07 pm

People forget that after the Russian Revolution, higher education was free (and compulsory) in Russia; however, the number of slots available at the best institutions was limited. Russia had great trade schools for those who didn’t want university degrees. Under the Soviet regime, top artists, ballet dancers, and scientists led a gilded life compared to the hoi polloi. There was great social and economic reason to be best in class. This produced brilliant scientists, ore than we had.

It is the height of arrogance to assume that the Russians are a bunch of dummies who need spying to succeed. That’s an Israeli characteristic. Russia, unfortunately, dropped this zeal for academic excellence after it buried the USSR. Don’t forget it was the Russians who got to space first, not us. People Putin’s age were educated under the old system, and they are not to be viewed as intellectual lightweights. Our teenagers are number 33 out of 65 developed countries when we were in the top 10 25 years ago.

    • D.D.  November 14, 2014 at 10:28 am

      @PallMall,
Yes, I’m aware of what you mention.
Average Russians (as well as in most former USSR countries) have an education, knowledge, cultural background, that has no equivalent on the West (especially in the US).
I could witness that myself, while traveling around in some former countries beyond the so called “Iron Curtain”.

On the surface/superficial (the way people dressed, the kind of vehicles they used, the lack of choice on supermarkets, etc), in the early 70’s they looked indeed less “advanced” than in the West, it reminded me of the 40’s-50’s here.

But technologically, Russia has always been more advanced than the West/US.
As you mention, Yuri Gagarin was the 1st man on space. And they were always able to land their spacecrafts (on land, not on sea), etc…

Even now, despite Russia is no longer the former USSR, the recent example of the explosion/crash of Antares, as opposed to the successful Russia’s Progress 57 launch (as the missions were supposed to supply the ISS, I wonder what would happen to the astronauts/cosmonauts there if the Russian rocket wasn’t able to deliver about three tons of food and supplies for the crew…) is a good example og how they are ahead of the West/US )

    • D.D.  November 14, 2014 at 10:33 am

      Correction
“…traveling around in some former countries beyond the “Iron Curtain” before the fall of the Berlin Wall and the end of the former USSR.

      Typo
“…a good example of how they are ahead of the West/US.”

    • drbhelthi  November 14, 2014 at 2:33 pm

Yes, the fraudulent “vaccinations” mentioned by Bill Gates, to kill off world population, have been working twenty years to reduce the intelligence of our children and grandchildren. Stats show clearly that they have worked. The “vaccinations” to come out soon, against “ebola”, are designed for us adult and older folk. Probably an actor/actress will be TV displayed, smiling, while receiving an alleged “ebola” vaccination. Only, it will not be the genuine combination of animal puss and heavy metals in liquid solution being injected, but, rather an inert liquid.

  23. dirtus napus  November 13, 2014 at 4:22 pm

Heh, c2=a2+b2 even in the Black Sea. What would really be embariskin (Popeye talk) is if we tried to bring in 3 equipped destroyers and 81 sailors tried to resign. I’m leaning toward no letters of such exist myself.

Really, Bill Clinton (rapist) should be proud, he sold them the plans and tech, along with Bush II (Shrub) via the heebs (jews). Read this long ago….. it is so Soviet to mention the sailors trying to almost defect, how Tass of them to include that lil tid bit of propaganda. LAff.

    • dirtus napus  November 13, 2014 at 4:29 pm

While we’re on the subject, why no stories about Rumsfeld selling N.Korea Atomic Energy plans and hole in the ground ready technology via his company, then a few days (post election) later telling the world we need to destroy them? If it was covered, I missed it? Apologies.

    • PallMall  November 13, 2014 at 4:55 pm

“Really, Bill Clinton (rapist) should be proud, he sold them the plans and tech, along with Bush II.”

No, he didn’t, neither did W. The Russians have been ahead of us with this tech. I remember the Republican DoD head under Clinton admitting it in NYC in 1996 at a demo of some new weapon. It was reported, then scrubbed from the web.

    • dirtus napus  November 15, 2014 at 5:27 am

This is for PallMall too. I was being nice through brevity. Look into it, easy to find. If you guys knew what these people have done, oh if you only knew. Space program aside, and the soviets lied beyond rational thought more so than we did. So, keep harping on sputnik and believe what you want, but, your presidents and the neocons sold the barn, the farm, and you a long time ago to your “enemies”. Why? They’re not your enemies, you’re just in their little play. From american corporations sending technology to the Nazis to fight us, to Rockefellers sending factories to China to build weapons to fight us in Viet Nam, I feel there’s quite a bit of things you do not know. The curtain is easy to move aside, just have to reach for it.

This is not so much a “race to be the first to break the story” site. I’ll take a little delay and the well-considered filter of Duff and crew to vet such outlandish claims. This represents a major real-politic shift with wide ramifications – not limited to the possible inability of the USG military to project its force with unchallenged gunboat diplomacy. Major shift indicated – confirmation needed.
