Trump Opens McCains Treasonous Can of Worms

By Gordon Duff, Senior Editor

Over the weekend, “the Donald” backed down on his attacks on McCain, calling “Hanoi John” a “war hero.”

However, Donald is not going to be able to close the can of worms he opened.  Today, McCain is trying to wrap himself in the POW flag for cover.  POWs had never been rock star heroes before, quite the opposite.  These are people who surrendered to the enemy, people suspected of collaboration and worse.  With Korea, POWs became the shame of America with many “brainwashed” into following communist doctrines.

American POWs from Vietnam were the bloody flag Richard Nixon wrapped himself in, on the advice of Henry Kissinger, part of a ploy to divert attention from his endless personal failings which included his agreement with North Vietnam that let them keep and later execute hundreds of American POWs.  1205 American POWs were kept by North Vietnam according to records recovered at the end of the Cold War.  President’s Clinton and Yeltsin instituted a search of Russia’s gulags looking for their remains with no success.  In 1993, armed with testimony from a former high ranking Czech security official, I proposed a systematic search of archives in Prague that recorded the fate of 200 missing US POWs from Vietnam but was blocked by Senator John McCain.

33 POWs faced execution for treason after Vietnam until Nixon pardoned all POWs.  McCain was on the list of the 33, in fact at the head of it.

Here are the facts as we know them:

  • According to Colonel Ted Guy, John McCain’s commander as a POW, McCain collaborated with the enemy.
  • McCain is accused of giving information that led to the downing of 60 US aircraft
  • McCain is accused of training North Vietnamese air defense personnel
  • McCain is accused of making over 30 propaganda broadcasts against the US, broadcasts he moved to have classified when he was elected to the senate

These 4 accusations are the only real and supportable accusations against McCain.  The evidence for these acts exists and is substantial.  What is stranger still is McCain’s longtime war against veterans, other POWs and their families.  When John was a bit younger and better capable of looking after himself, he was often both verbally and physically abusive to POW families, POW activists and veterans.  We hear nothing of these brutal outbursts of McCain’s though they continue to this day, now taken as the ravings of a mental defective.

The door Donald opened should be kept open.  We need to examine the POW phenomenon.  After Vietnam, we allowed Nixon to glorify POWs while abandoning hundreds.  The facts came to light during the late 1990s when tapes of conversations between Nixon and Kissinger were made public, for moments, with Kissinger admitting that American POWS held outside North Vietnam, in Laos, Cambodia and the South, were purposefully not included in the agreements, a number Kissinger put at over 200.

These tapes were cleaned from the media and are not available to even researchers, were such interested parties to exist, which they do not.

Vietnam was a useless war.  I served in Vietnam as a Marine combat infantryman and know the war well close up.

Those of us that served felt abused and exploited and suffered far worse at the hands of Nixon and subsequent leaders who backed away from those of us who served as honorably as possible while engaging in a nutty frenzy of POW worship.

Trump is right, those who surrender are generally not heroes.  Some were however, like Ted Guy, a man taken on the ground fighting, killing 4 of his captors.

Guy, however, is only one of many thousands, many many thousands, from Vietnam that should have received some aspect of recognition in a war where many more thousands lived like gods.  Vietnam was a scam, drugs, prostitution, black market, the best food and hottest parties in the world for many who came home from the war with medals on their chests for doing nothing whatsoever.

I might add, the Saigon press club war correspondents were the worst of all, living like kings on little boys and little girls while being occasionally flown for “10 minutes of war” with a general, then back to the clubs and brothels.  They all should have been locked in FEMA camps, were such things to exist.

As for the Donald, he should demand that, minimally, the American public be able to hear McCain’s broadcasts and see the records of his debriefing and read the statements made against him by other POWs, including and especially Colonel Ted Guy.

This man, if you wish to call him that, “McCain” has been allowed to destroy America’s security for two generations, along with friends like “light loafer Lindsey” Graham and others.

In one instance alone, the F35, McCain has personally destroyed America’s defense capabilities for 25 years.  This is his plane, his project, his monstrosity.

There hasn’t been a defense scam in decades that hasn’t had his hand prints on it.  Time for Trump to get serious and show some backbone.  McCain is a hard target, time for Trump to stop bashing the easy guys and take this one on.

  1. Gordon,
It seems two of the troops that were supposed to be killed in Chattanooga, Capt. Skip Wells was killed in Nafja, Afghanistan in 2004 and Tommy Sullivan’s grave is in Arlington Cemetery died in 2009…..
Could you check this out Please .
Like everything else, again it’s a terrorist war against the American People.

  2. In the last day or so Trump launched a hotline for veterans. After all these years why didn’t stupid Johnny Boy do something like that?

  3. I cannot join that bandwagon that the Nixon haters push. For me, LBJ was worse. LBJ was also screwing the wife of an influential Israeli back when he was USA President. The NY Times and the rest of the Bolshevik Jewish run media only picked on Nixon, only on Republicans , and on those Americans (especially WASPS; I am Catholic) who were not part of the avant garde, ultraliberal Jewish crowd or liberal Zionist Jewish way. I lived through it and so did many of you readers.
Dan- it is good that you at least had good feel for your time in Vietnam. There was that other group of Marines who were forgotten about- cogs in a war no one cared about. Think of all the new Marines in the field for a few weeks or a few months and suddenly killed. Thousands died this way. The mainstream media that ran the culture and thought in America in the “glorious” (f that) 60s and 70s didn’t care about any of these dead or ruined young service members. The majority of our media people and political office holders are all trash and are continually passing bills that ruin America. We are indeed the culture of death and garbage music and more.

  4. It is worth a mention that John McCain’s daddy, the admiral, was in charge of the cover-up of Israel’s June 8, 1967 unprovoked attack of the U. S. S. Liberty in international waters.

It appears that treason for personal gain is a McCain family value.

  5. There is an elephant in the room, and a rat, a drunk, a coward and for all the boys left over there, a piece of shit parading as a war hero. God pray for us and this once great country. Remember the Liberty!!!!!

  6. it’d be interesting, if I could believe it, if ol donald duck trump were the real deal and DID go off on all the izrahell oath-sters, reviewed and revoked past presidential pardons as traitors aiding traitors, and a whole lot more. one of his buddies I love to hate because of his ACT, done deliberately for giggles, is McMahon (WWE), who I DO think knows what’s really going on and used to parade it bigger than life in the stadiums like a buffalo bill show, which was shut down for telling people the truth about the government way back when. same with trump-chump and the love to hate him, I’d trust him more than the dung in office now anyway.

  7. I used to think Annapolis was a place of honor. I used to think that their graduates were a cut above the average a—hole officer. I was wrong. When I encountered wrongdoing by officers I used to think they were a disgrace to the uniform. Then I learned that is EXACTLY the kind of officer they want. Corrupt, useless, political animal with no thought whatsoever for the people under their command. I watched officers fresh back from war college use their new found skills on… their own men.

Good naval officers ( I can’t speak for the Army) are good DESPITE their academy training. Thank God.

    • Annapolis used to be a place of honor and the best of military tradition. Now it’s all show-offs in well tailored outfits, pretending to be ever at the ready for us. Johnny was trouble from the start and they should have found a way to get rid of him early on. If they look like idiots now it’s their own fault.

  8. insane McCains “presidential pardon” should ONLY have been good to keep him out of jail or being executed for his treason, NOT allow him to run for ANY public office, EVER!
now top that off with the “pardon” being given by a disgraced-impeached SOB who’s every stinkin action should have been REVERSED like appointing henry nazi kissinger as secretary of state (similar to obama appointing multiple felon hillary! is still impeachable btw)..

what am I really saying? ALL these so called “presidential pardons” need to be treated as criminals aiding criminals and investigated as exactly that. it could go a LONG way in the effort to start cleaning up this nation. same for all the traitors signing oath to izrahell!

  9. The Idaho Observer (defunct now) ran a two-part investigative article on the McCain (McCann?) Family back about 2006 or 2007. Excellent facts brought forth on this creep. I still have it. It is fascinating. Very underrated publication. Still on inet under the name of the paper and topic. Obamas was even better. A three part story.

  10. Donald Trump must take this on by the horns, he cannot turn tail now, his reputation is at stake… stand respected by the people or cower off in the corner in the same pile as all the others….threats and blackmail…. we need people with guts who think and feel globally…other wise stay out of the ring

  11. Has anyone more repugnant than McCain ever darkened the doorways of Annapolis? He claims credit for issues that have been the subjects of story and song since ancient times, particularly our POW’s. Valor, courage, honor, and loyalty are hallowed qualities, and not to be trifled with. Then one comment hurled against the facade reverberates with cracks and splinters.

He’s so concerned about POW’s? Really? You’d think after his Vietnam experience he would be conscious of POW’s everywhere. But you’d be wrong. He happily armed the ISIS savages who captured Syrian soldiers and then paraded their POW’s before brutally murdering them in public. Has McCain ever expressed regret for supporting ISIS killers? Perish the thought!

The only thing saving McCain is the fact that the media is so lazy and uninformed.

  12. Besides all this service record hooplah – I got majorly sick to the stomach when I saw video footage of McCain doin’ the “rah rah ree ree” in Ukraine – encouraging civil war last year (?). Very ill, and he should be run out of town for leading such an agressively empty life in the service of the Khazarian banker mob.

    • McCain is Satanic evil personified, beyond normal, human comprehension. There he was with Mrs. Kagan, setting up the Ukrainians to be massacred and their farm output stolen again, not unlike the Kaganovich Holodomors of only eighty years ago. Check out who’s buying up farmland, with a hasid front leading the way with 500,000 hectares, and then have a look at photos of Kaganovich-style, Cheka sport during the Holodomor, which a fiend like McCain probably finds an exhilarating way to send a message. The real target, of course, are the Russian people, who need to keep their own history in mind in dealing with these third generation Bolsheviks now ruling America.

  13. Actually; glad someone brought up the fact that being captured by the enemy does not constitute an act of heroism. Because of a media that gets its talking points from Jewish CEO’s with double digit IQ’s the American public has been sold on using a word so important to western culture that the brilliant Joseph Campbell spent his career defining it as an accolade for half-wits making millions a year to chase around a ball. Last I checked surrendering was not one of the Greek virtues, although it may be a French one…

Actually i think i made it pretty clear i wanted a Duff presidency but if we must have a Trump then so be it. Anythings better than a Bush, and the middle class, the guys who build businesses and with them economy’s, absolutely adore him, at least here in NY. Maybe you can walk him through the job…

  14. Yes, Hanoi, junk-a-jet John McCain. Hanoi John fits in the line up of the Bush-Clinton family, for whom assassinations are a way of life. I would like to see the results of an investigation of the accidental deaths of Hanoi John´s first wife and children, done by a John Judge type of investigator. Dumping an unwanted wife with children is no problem for some men.

  15. if this piece of scum is called a hero then it just goes to show who or what is in control of the US.
IF NIXON COVERED UP THEN IT MUST BE REVEALED TO THE PEOPLE. it’s time to take down this cabal who spend trillions to cover up crime rather than reveal it.if treason cannot be proven then misprision of treason is the next best. it’s harder to say i did not know than i did not do. if TRUMP cant carry through then every body else must. peace and justice for ALL . mylo

  16. If Trump wants to separate from the pack, this is his opportunity. If he is going to portray himself as a tough guy, well McCain shouldn’t be that difficult. If Trump lets it go, then …..

  17. Gordon are you able to bend Trump’s ear, as there is so much you can tell him. As his advisor keeping on subject, and he doesn’t seem the type to shy from talking abut taboo subjects. The murderer on the Forestall needs taking down. He’s a terrible creature, and his nut butt collaborator Graham.

  18. … the Saigon press club war correspondents were the worst of all, living like kings on little boys and little girls while being occasionally flown for “10 minutes of war” with a general, then back to the clubs and brothels…

How true. I refused to take part in several “turkey shoots,” as I recall they were called in my unit, where a section of the perimeter was ordered to open up with continuous machine gun fire and all M-16’s on full auto, firing into the empty bush so visitors could record themselves in a firefight. Ammo was often tight or even unavailable in real firefights to the point we couldn’t engage the dinks even if we wanted to, so most guys were extremely pissed it could be squandered to fake it for the press and base camp commandos.

As for Trump, I’ll go with the revelations on Henry Makow (Jul 15 article) for now, particularly after following the links offered there. If Christians buy into this narcissistic hedonist’s claims to be anything even remotely resembling a Christian, they deserve the Hillary they’ll get for backing him.
