KIEV, July 28. /TASS/. The French parliamentarians who visited Crimea last week are facing an eight-year prison term, confiscation of vehicles and prohibition to hold certain positions, member of Ukraine’s Verkhovna Rada Georgy Logvinsky wrote on his Facebook page on Tuesday.

According to Logvinsky, Ukraine’s Prosecutor General’s Office has begun an audit against the French delegation that had visited Crimea.

“These French citizens are facing a prison term from 5 to 8 years. An audit has begun following my petition to the Prosecutor-General’s Office of Ukraine.”

“All members of the French delegation – they will all be brought to account. Today or tomorrow – this is just a matter of time. The response will be adequate, believe me,” the Ukrainian lawmaker wrote.

The French parliamentary delegation visited Crimea on July 23 and 24. That was the first visit of Western parliamentarians to Crimea and the city of Sevastopol since last March, when the Black Sea peninsula held a referendum overwhelmingly voting for its reunification with Russia.

After their visit the French parliamentarians said it was necessary to abandon the anti-Russian sanctions and recognize Crimea as part of Russia.

“Crimea is an absolutely peaceful region,” said Claude Goasguen, a member of the French National Assembly representing Paris. “Crimea residents cannot be criticized for the fact that there is no war on their territory. They cannot be criticized for the fact that the referendum resulted in peace.”

“They say that the Crimean authorities had no legal power to hold a referendum. Of course, they did! The coup in Ukraine was carried out not by Crimea residents, but by the Maidan authorities! I support peace and I am happy that it reigns in Crimea. I favor the resumption of dialogue between Russia and France,” Goasguen said.

That a delegation of French lawmakers is interested in restoring France to the support of freedom and democracy, after Sarkosy´s debauchery in Libya, reflects the true French spirit. Personally documenting the truth about Crimea and Russia, currently, is NOT a task taken on by “politically correct” weaklings, who suck up to NATO subterfuge. Viva la France !

Ukraine’s Prosecutor General is intoxicated by the feeling of power conveyed by the CIA/MOSSAD support of subterfuge in Ukraine. Former USAF colonel, Fletcher Prouty documented CIA subterfuge in his book, “The Secret Team, the CIA and its Allies in Control of the US and the World.” An interesting interview with this incredible patriot is found at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gwPdr0qJnvM

Can anyone now doubt that the government of Ukraine is a Fascist government? People that pass such ridiculous laws are extremely insecure and trying to hide something.

Yes, I doubt it. Fascists are nationalists. No self respecting fascist would be indebted to, or controlled by, the internationalists who have taken over the government.

It shames the UK that they are so Russophobic that they will not even contemplate the illegal appointment of the Ukrainian Prime Minister even though under the Federation status operating at the time of the illegal coup negated any necessity for Crimea to accept the appointment. The appointment would only have been legal under the democratically elected Yanukovych who was illegally ousted by the US. Cameron is so busy brown nosing with Obama he would sooner lickk his shoes than admit he was out of order absenting himself from Russian commemorative celebrations June 9th of the 10 million Russian dead during WW2 without whose sacrifice the allies would not have won.
The Frnch have reason to be proud of those delegates who visited Crimea in defiance of US and EU dictate.

We hope by now, “EU & USA CORRUPT POLITICIANS,” learned their lessons about this “Strange Country.”
 A country that committed Genocide on Poland in WW-2
 A Bankrupt & UN-civilized Country with no way out, even with IMF’s total financing of $22bn 2-weeks after the leaders of Russia, Ukraine, Germany and France agreed a ceasefire deal for the east of the country.
 “Arseniy Petrovych Yatsenyuk, Ukraine’s Prime Minister (PM) who is a Psycho & Suicidal told the World that “he will kill himself, unless the Ex-President Viktor Yanukovych re-signed.” One of these days, he will kill President Poroshenko and some MP’s & then he will commit Suicide.
 The “Wanted” Mikheil Saakashvili, Ex-Georgian President is the Adviser & Governor of Odessa, said “my America friends John McCain & Lindsey Graham on the verge of entering War on Ukraine’s side to fight Russia.”
 The (PM) Buddy Ex- President the Evil Julia Tymoshenko & the 2014 Presidential Candidate with 12.81% votes, said, if the “Eastern Region Russian don’t behave, we will Nuke Them.”
 It seemed for awhile, the Psycho PM & Evil Tymoshenko either would kill Poroshenko or replace him.
However, last year the Honeymoon was over, when Tymoshenko & others were mad, at the Psycho PM when he “Refused” to show the “Austerity Bill” the Parliament were suppose to VOTE On, instead he simply waved the Bill from the Podium.

At least some France appears to have some politicians prepared to buck the orders.

IOWA JUDGE THREATENS CITIZEN WITH JAIL After visiting court to contest unconstitutional Due Process violations. Go To: IOWACOURTS.Gov, plug in Greg Tennant, click on STATE OF IOWA vs. Greg Tennant (for abusive reasons, they have listed this twice). The Judicial system in Fedral & State courts resemble a Shakespearean COMEDY OF ERRORS with a twist of a TRAGEDY with FRAUDS Acting Under Color of Law. They violate their oaths of office, violate the constitutions, violate the law, engage in Abuse of Process, Denial of Due Process, Engage in Abuse of Authority, Administrative Mal-Practice, Deprivation of Equal Protections under the law, deprivation of Equal Access to Justice, now refusing to file pro se papers and pleadings claiming they are “paperless” while the Iowa S.Ct. admittedly isn’t “paper;ess,” which is another inconstancy and a violation of their own Local Rule 5 which requires the clerk to file pro se papers even when the papers are not in the prescribed form (i.e. Electronic Filing, or E-File, which National Surveys report are problematic and unfair). See also the Chief Judge, Marlita Ann Greve’s, attack on Priscilla Tennant for “Failure to Appear for Jury Duty.” Again, a prome example of the rogue “judges”, drunk on power and authority, abusing everyone and every thing they come into contact with. The LAW Requires Due Process. Pro se papers have been filed, but ignored. Jurisdiction is automatically lost where Due Process violations have occurred.
