Footage Shows Israeli Soldiers Treating Takfiri Terrorist in Syria

TEHRAN (FNA)- British media released footage showing Israeli soldiers treating a wounded Takfiri terrorist in the occupied Golan Heights.

In the footage published in a Daily Mail report on Tuesday, a group of heavily armed Israeli commandos can be seen crossing over into the Syrian territory and dragging a wounded militant to the occupied Palestinian territories, where they treat him and move him to an ambulance, Press TV reported.

According to the report, the Israeli regime has saved over 2,000 Takfiri militants at the cost of around USD 13 million over the last three years.

Syria says Israel and its Western and regional allies are aiding Takfiri militant groups operating inside the Arab country.

The Syrian army has repeatedly seized huge quantities of Israeli-made weapons and advanced military equipment from the foreign-backed militants inside Syria.

Israel captured the Golan Heights from Syria during the Six-Day War of 1967, when it also took control of the West Bank and the Gaza Strip. It annexed the Golan Heights in 1981, although the move was never recognized by the international community and was a violation of international law.

Syrian Army Makes Massive Gains in Northeastern Lattakia

Syrian Army Makes Massive Gains in Northeastern Lattakia

TEHRAN (FNA)- The Syrian Arab Army’s 103rd Brigade of the Republican Guard has gotten off to a fast start this week, capturing several key regions from the Al-Nusra Front, the Free Syrian Army’s “Liwaa Suqour Al-Ghaab”, and Harakat Ahrar Al-Sham terrorist groups in regions Northeast of the Lattakia province.

On Monday morning, the Syrian Arab Army’s 103rd Brigade – in coordination with the National Defense Forces (NDF) of Qurdaha, the Syrian Social Nationalist Party (SSNP), and Muqawama Souri (Syrian Resistance) – began their large-scale assault in Jabal Al-Akrad (Kurdish Mountains) by imposing full control over Burj Al-Qasab; this paved the way for the pro-government forces to capture several sites after taking control of this village.

Following the capture of Burj Al-Qasab, the Syrian Armed Forces launched a massive assault on the strategic village of ‘Ikko, striking militants’ defenses from two different flanks before imposing full control over this mountaintop site located near the town of Kabani.

Not long after capturing ‘Ikko, the Syrian Armed Forces seized the small villages of Bouz Al-Khirbat, Beit Fares, and Al-Mughayriyah after a series of skirmishes with the terrorists near the Idlib province’s western border with Lattakia.

The Syrian Armed Forces would round out the day by taking control of Point 1154 and Point 1112 near the southern perimeter of Kabani; this leaves the pro-government forces in position to strike this important village.

In a matter of 4 days, the Syrian Armed Forces have seized over 100 square kilometers from terrorists in Northeastern Latakia; this is likely to increase in the coming days as the pro-government forces eye the rebel stronghold of Salma.

It is strategically located near the Syrian border and has been the site of a growing campaign to remove the militants from the town.

It has been reported that an Al-Nusra Front commander and Abu Fares Al-Jubba of the Free Syrian Army Liwa Ahrar Qalamoun Brigade, along with 9 other terrorists were killed by shelling in Wadi Al-Khayl on the outskirts of Arsal. No one is yet to claim responsibility for this action, but rumors circulating suggest it was Hezbollah.

A bit of territory has been left under the control of the militant groups in Qalamoun mountains, actually; in fact, al-Nusra Front and the ISIL still control a small parcel of land in Jaroud Rankous (Southern Qalamoun) and another part of land in Jaroud Qarah (Northern Qalamoun).

The Syrian army and the Lebanese Hezbollah resistance fighters started their military operations to purge Al-Qalamoun region of terrorists on May 20.

Army Intensifies Clashes with ISIL Terrorists in Homs

TEHRAN (FNA)- The Syrian army engaged in fierce clashes with ISIL terrorists in several regions across the Central Province of Homs on Wednesday as terrorists started retreating from the provincial capital.

The Syrian army clashed with ISIL terrorists in Telal al-Rumailah area in the vicinity of the strategic city of al-Qaryatayn in Homs.

Sporadic clashes also erupted between the army and terrorists in the West of Tal Dhahab town in the countryside of al-Houla in the Northwestern part of Homs.

The news comes as militants began evacuating Homs province under a deal signed with the government last week.

Last week Homs Governor Talal al-Barazi announced that militants of al-Wa’ar district in the city of Homs have reached an agreement with the Syrian government for their gradual exit.

“The militants and the government in a meeting on Tuesday agreed on gradual retreat of all militant groups from al-Wa’ar district,” al-Barazi told FNA last Wednesday.

Syrian Army Expanding Control over Damascus-Homs Highway

TEHRAN (FNA)- Tens of terrorists were killed in fierce clashes between the Syrian army and the militant groups along the Damscus-Homs highway on Tuesday, local sources said Wednesday, adding that militants have been pushed back in vast areas along the road.

“The Syrian army expanded its control on the Eastern side of the Damascus-Homs Highway in Harasta,” sources living in nearby regions said.

Meantime, military sources said tens of dead bodies have been left behind by the terrorist groups, while dozens more have been wounded or captured.

The military sources also said that they have detected and destroyed a tunnel used by the foreign-backed militants in region, and killed all militants inside the tunnel.

Pro-government forces in Syria have been fighting to complete control over the entire Damascus-Homs highway for one month now.

The Syrian Army and popular forces in mid November won back an important checkpoint in Eastern Damascus province, and took the initial step to seize back full control over the Damascus-Homs highway.

Syrian army troops and National Defense Forces (NDF) regained Sherri checkpoint in the Southern side of the Damascus-Homs highway after the militant groups’ concentration centers in the Eastern Ghouta came under intensive attack by the government troops.

The Syrian army has now deployed forces very close to the strategic Damascus-Homs highway.

  1. “…the Israeli regime has saved over 2,000 Takfiri militants at the cost of around USD 13 million over the last three years.”

Appropriate that the cost is given in USD, since it is almost certain that US taxpayers eventually foot the bill.

  2. No surprise. Says Bibi: ‘The enemy of my enemy is my friend’ and ‘When your enemies are killing each other, don’t just do something; stand there (and help).’

The only problem with Bibi’s & Kissinger’s aphorisms is: Blowback — into Israel, U.S. & elsewhere.
