Since I am a disabled navy veteran with a service related pulmonary disability related to Asbestosis, my wife Keiko has implemented an organic juicing optimal health juicing regimen which we have done daily for over six months which has resulted in remarkable health benefits including weight loss, energy gain and immune system improvement: Allen L Roland. Keiko’s Optimal Health Juicing Plan

LIVING IN HARMONY WITH NATURE

Note that Cancer cells cannot survive in Alkaline environment but instead thrive in acidity.

Alkaline food is primarily organic raw fresh vegetables and fruits.

Acidic food is primarily cooked and processed food, including starch, bread, pasta and mainly salty and fatty food as well as sugar. Avoid GMO foods and choose organic food without Pesticides and chemicals.

Daily food intake rated as good and what to Avoid.

MILK Good ~ Goat milk, non-dairy Almond milk

Avoid ~ Pasteurized milk, or artificially colored cheese and Ice cream.

EGGS Good, Boiled or poached (no more than 4 a week)

Avoid ~ Fried eggs

FISH Good, all broiled or baked fresh water white fish, such as salmon or canned tuna in water.

Avoid ~ Fried fish, shell fish and all canned fish in oil.

FRUITS Good, unsweetened, organic raw or frozen dried.

Avoid ~ Canned, bottled or frozen with sweeteners.

GRAINS Good, all organic wholegrains

Avoid ~ white rice, instant cereal and oatmeal.

MEATS Good, Skinless organic turkey, chicken or lamb

Avoid ~ Beef, pork and hot dogs. All processed meat including luncheon meat and sausage.

NUTS Good, all organic raw nuts / peanuts once a week

Avoid ~ all salted and roasted nuts.

OIL Good, all organic cold- pressed oil, olive, flaxseed, sunflower and safflower oil.

Avoid ~ all saturated fats, hydrogenated margarine, refined processed oil.

SEASONINGS Good, Organic garlic, onion, all herbs, apple cider vinegar, Tamari miso and seaweed,

Avoid ~ Black and white pepper, all salt and all vinegar (except pure apple cider vinegar)

SOUPS Good, Homemade organic soups, lentil, bean, pea, veggie, barley, brown rice, onion, low salt and organic soups.

Avoid ~ canned soups with salt, preservatives , MSG.

SWEETS Good, small amount of raw organic honey, organic maple syrup

Avoid~ White, brown or cane sugar, corn syrup and candies

VEGGIES Good, all raw, organic fresh, frozen (no salt)

Avoid ~ all canned or frozen with salt added

DAILY JUICING SUGGESTED RECIPE

  1. FIRST THING IN THE MORNING

One tea spoon of Raw organic Honey

One tablespoon of organic apple cider vinegar

One cup of warm water

Combine above and drink

  1. ALKALINE JUICE MIX (AM )

(All washed) Handful of organic Dino Kale, 1/2 organic, peeled and pitted lemon, one and a half inch organic cucumber, one half cup of organic blueberries or blackberries, one stalk of organic celery (one inch slices), One organic green apple (cored and washed)

Add coconut water up to max line

BLEND AND DRINK

  1. Have coffee and breakfast (I usually have avocado with muffin)

LUNCH / PM

DETOXING JUICE

Handful of organic spinach (remember all vegies must be washed)

One organic Banana ( in slices )

One organic pear ( peeled and cored )

Three or four chunks of organic pineapple

One organic sliced cored and washed green apple

ADD COCONUT WATER UP TO MAX LINE , BLEND AND DRINK

( Note ) You can add organic raspberries or blueberries to this mix above instead of pineapple if it’s not ripe enough.

DINNER

Make a good sized fresh organic salad with washed kale, greens, tomatoes, cabbage and lots of avocados, nuts or flaxseeds.

Then eat your regular dinner meal.

NOTES

Your body will gradually get rid of all toxins, including toxic cells during this process and you will gain strength and vitality.

I have followed this daily recipe for over six months, have lost 12 pounds, and now weigh what I weighed as a Navy Fighter pilot ~ I have added lean muscle mass ~ and feel great despite my service related advanced lung disease and disability.

    I have been doing this since the nineties!! I have always been a health freak and it pays in spades. I juice organic garlic, ginger, beets, celery, carrots and cabbage 6 days a week. Now if you wary of the garlic breath you can throw in parsley. Always the 2 tablespoons of Organic Apple Cider with a 1/2 teaspoon organic baking soda with a cup of distilled water. It goes without saying that I drink tons of distilled water as well.

    Don’t eat meat, processed food, and exercise & martial arts, so I am doing real fine! No peddling prescription drug doctors for me!!

    • Forgot to mention a fresh quartered lemon every morning, extremely good for the liver. Also beans: very good to get the lead out of your body.

      I know all this stuff because I also had bridge buddy, who was an alternative molecular cell doctor and under his guidance I did a massive detox of 6 weeks to get a new bloodstream.

  2. I started juicing at the end of last November, and completely changed my diet to generally eliminate most meat, starch, dairy, and sugar, and add a lot more fruit and veggies. My juice is typically made from a sweet apple, a tart apple, 3 carrots, 3 celery stalks, a small beet, 1/2 a cucumber, and a green (usually spinach, kale, or watercress). I’ve lost 33 pounds, and feel about 15 years younger

  4. Excellent advice, am already going down this route, but you have given me some new ideas. Funnily enough I just started Spinach the other day ! Peppers are very good also, Cannabis leaves(no physcoactive effect) in a vinagerette, with fresh salad are remarkably good for you also, but I accept not many will believe me ! Some great recipes for that on YouTube.
