  1. Hello, Mr. Duff. Control of the seas and the skies are difficult other “fronts” for Syria, Iran, and Russia. For Russia to par the Turkish President off moderated the disparity in Middle Eastern air power. Meanwhile, Russia’s deployment of 50-65 aircraft to the region hardly equates to parity. Inasmuch as the pressure on Donbass, Crimea, and the Russian motherland limits Russian air power, are there any prospects of evening the balances?

Is there a possibility that the Chinese would offer to provide air support in any of these theatres?

  2. I had the opportunity to be a part of Construction contract negotiations between the Turkish Const. Co. and the Russian Company I was with and they are masters at negotiating. There will be no 2 meetings alike – I swear , this Turkish PM walked in – a nice suit and brief case and when I looked at him I mentioned to the gentleman next to me — This guy is a look-alike to Al Pacino – Pravda – My friend said in Russia { I wasn’t fluent then } and everyone started laughing – it broke the ice but I learned all about the Turks that year. Ever since I worked for a Russian company – I never got another American job -once back in the states , and I put my resume’ in to every DC/EU company doing work from Kazak to Dubai to the Romania/Ukraine/CIA prison camp.
