But what we do not know about CBP is in many ways more frightening. We don’t know how many people the Border Patrol stops each year; how, why, and where Border Patrol operates its 100-plus interior checkpoints across the country; when agents engage in excessive use of force and what happens to them if they are caught doing so; or who, how, and with what technology the agency surveils in our country.

  1. If all the government overseeing departments would have done their job then we wouldn’t be needing more of them. All the checks and balances within the whole governmental structure have been destroyed by threats,bribes and blackmailing. Who can be trusted to start a new overseeing agency?? If you can find a few good men make sure they aren’t politicians, lawyers or any official with governmental connections. I think that we will have to go to other planets to find a few good men.
