The US support of ISIS is becoming obvious

[Editor’s note: One of the symptoms of the inherent sickness of the Trump regime has been the increased US support for ISIS. The official propaganda rhetoric from the White House continues to be that the US is fighting ISIS as leader of a coalition but this is a complete inversion of reality and the US is actively supporting ISIS.

What is new is that this support is becoming increasingly obvious, no longer can the US maintain it’s official line without looking ever more duplicitous and downright dishonest.

Iran is well aware of the reality of the situation and is making no secret of this’ Russia is also well aware but has been less public in it’s response.

The fact that Iranian and Russian forces are now engaged in fighting an enemy that is being actively supported by the US should be of concern to everyone as it raises the disturbing spectre of the likelihood that US forces inside Syria will eventually find themselves confronting Iranian or Russian and the lead will fly. Already Syrian forces have clashed with US forces embedded with groups that, while claiming to be moderate rebels and in reality, IS.

How long will it be before a Russian bomber accidentally obliterates some US troops and how will both sides react is a question that is giving us all some pause for thought and a matter of deep concern. Ian]

Iran accuses US of alliance with ISIS, claims to have proof

Senior Iranian officials have accused the US of supporting the Islamic State terrorist group and effectively forming an alliance with it, claiming that Tehran possesses documents to prove the allegations. No evidence, however, has yet been presented.

Deputy Chief of Staff of the Iranian Armed Forces Major General Mostafa Izadi on Sunday accused the US of supporting Islamic State (IS, formerly ISIS/ISIL), stating Tehran has evidence to back the bold allegations.

“We possess documents and information showing the direct supports by the US imperialism for this highly disgusting stream [IS] in the region which has destroyed the Islamic countries and created a wave of massacres and clashes,” Fars news agency quoted Izadi as saying.

The alleged American support for IS, according to Izadi, is an instrument of “proxy warfare in the region” which is a “new trick by the arrogant powers against the Islamic Republic.”

The statement of the Deputy Chief of Staff echoes the remarks made by Iran’s Parliamentary Speaker Ali Larijani on Friday. “The United States has aligned itself with the ISIL in the region,” Larijani said, according to the Fars news agency. Larijani’s was addressing a funeral ceremony of the victims of Wednesday terrorist attacks in Tehran.

Thousands gathered to commemorate the fallen, shouting “Death to Saudi Arabia” and “Death to America.”

“The [terrorist attacks] indicated that the terrorist groups had failed to achieve their main goal and targeted the parliament and Imam Khomeini Mausoleum, finally resorted to martyring the innocent people and the staff at the parliament,” Larijani added.

On Friday Iran’s supreme leader, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei said the attacks would only increase Tehran’s hatred against the US and its “stooges,” including Saudi Arabia.

IS has claimed responsibility for this week’s twin attack in Tehran. Seventeen people were killed when four armed assailants attacked the country’s parliament while a suicide bomber blew himself up at the Imam Khomeini Mausoleum.

Iranian Commander: ISIL Created by US, Israel

Lieutenant Commander of the Iranian Army Brigadier General Ahmad Reza Pourdastan described Washington as the permanent enemy of his country, and said the ISIL terrorist group has been created by the US and Israel.

“The ISIL and Takfiri groups have been created and nourished by the US and the Zionist regime; therefore, the recent terrorist attacks against the holy shrine of late Imam Khomeini and the parliament were aimed at targeting the Velayat Faqih (Guardianship of the Islamic Jurist) and our religious democracy which shows the US enmity because our revolution has new words to say and they don’t want them to be heard in the world,” General Pourdastan said on Monday.

He, meantime, underscored the necessity for increasing the Iranian Armed Forces’ capabilities to confront dangers threatening the country.

His remarks came after the ISIL claimed responsibility for the last Wednesday twin terrorist attacks in Tehran.

Three male assailants fired several rounds at the guards protecting the parliament building in Tehran on Wednesday morning. The assailants opened their way into the parliament’s administrative building while shooting at the guards.

A similar attack took place at the holy shrine of the late founder of the Islamic Republic, Imam Khomeini, parallel with the parliament attack.

17 people, including the parliament’s guards, were killed and 52 others were wounded in the twin attacks.

In relevant remarks on Sunday, Deputy Chief of Staff of the Iranian Armed Forces Major General Mostafa Izadi announced that the country is in possession of evidence and documents proving Washington’s direct support for the ISIL terrorist group.

“We are facing a proxy warfare in the region as a new trick by the arrogant powers against the Islamic Republic,” Izadi said.

“As the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution (Ayatollah Seyed Ali Khamenei) said, we possess documents and information showing the direct supports by the US imperialism for this highly disgusting stream (the ISIL) in the region which has destroyed the Islamic countries and created a wave of massacres and clashes,” he added.

Iran: US Buying Time for Terrorists in Syria

The Iranian foreign ministry blasted the US support for terrorist groups in Syria, calling on Washington not to create obstacles on the war-torn Arab country’s way to restore stability and security.

“The Syrian issue is complicated. Unfortunately, the Americans show stronger presence in certain times when the terrorists are in an improper situation and they try to buy them time and change the power balance,” Foreign Ministry Spokesman Bahram Qassemi told reporters in his weekly press conference in Tehran on Monday.

Stressing that the US should review its relations if it really wants to fight against terrorism, he said, “The US should allow Syria to make its efforts to restore stability and security and defend the country’s territorial integrity.”

“becoming obvious?” It’s “becoming obvious” that birds use wings to fly.

  2. Andrew_Bukanov(Russia)  June 14, 2017 at 7:51 am

Ian, it was obvious and clear since the beginning. I’m sure that Russians and Americans have the same logic and mental ability, but why we have exact info and the truth first? Because US Gov. has the same old tricks and last time became so rude and aggressive that they even don’t hide their methods and intentions. They are like from another planet. When Russian MoD asks directly – “Let us cooperate! Show. Prove.” The US “strange people in the mil.uniform” have no answer, no suggestion, they run away from agreements and suggestions to cooperate. They hide their eyes. They act like sissy in the uniform. No officer’s dignity at all.
We don’t know, don’t trust, don’t rely on our US MoD “partners”. Alas…
P.S. There was a loud hysteria about civilians of Aleppo – made by all Medical and Social and whatsoever organisations of all sorts. Everything finished there. And they all forgot the Aleppo. Beside Russia, there are 4-5 countries (far from rich) who brought humanitarian help and food. The “democratic” West didn’t bring a kilogram. Why?… We don’t need the answer.

Well said Andrew. It was obvious from the beginning to me, Gordon, Jim and the rest of VT too, as it was to many others who are ‘awake’ to the real machinations of this world. Sadly, the masses in the West are asleep and still relying on the magic box of lies they call television to build their world view and form their opinions.

America and israel will reap what it has sown and America is doing so now with its failing economy brought on by massive debt and military spending, its endless wars and the corruption that strangles Washington and thus the nation. America is on its way down, There is no chance for recovery now as it has turned in on itself as well, becoming a fascist, police state. Its future, like that of so many failing businesses are highly in doubt, in truth it is now in the self destruct mode. Therefore it will soon no longer be able to instigate foreign wars of aggression by using paid proxies. After all, when the dollar finally collapses and all those ISIS head choppers realize their paychecks won’t buy them a cup of tea, it will be all over. They may even take revenge on their paymasters.

Nelu Roman from the Facebook comments:

” At least the Christian-Zionists wanted only a country for a people, the Jews, which had been so long deprived of a country of their own, after they had been so unjustly expeled from their own country, the ancient Israel.”

In an earlier comment in this thread, you asked the author to provide evidence for his claims. Now I’m asking you to provide evidence that the Zionist Jews who founded the modern apartheid state of ashkeNazi Israel, ever set foot in Palestine before the Balfour Declaration was signed.

You, like many others, seem to subscribe to the false assumption that “the Jews” are the genetic descendants of the ancient Hebrew/Israelites, which they are not. The Jewish almanac tells us: “Strictly speaking it is incorrect to call an ancient Israelite a ‘Jew’ or to call a contemporary Jew an Israelite or a Hebrew.”

Clearly, ancient Hebrews/Israelites and Jews are not synonymous, because authoritative Jewish sources tell us this, and this could easily be viewed as a statement against their own interest.

If my mother converted to Judaism before I was born, I would be considered a born Jew and I would be granted the so called “right to return” to a place that I, nor any of my ancestors have ever lived.

    • Amelius  June 13, 2017 at 1:57 pm

“At least the Christian-Zionists wanted only a country for a people, the Jews”

Is that so? I guess it didn’t matter to the Christian-zionists that “the Jews” themselves had no interest whatsoever in moving to Palestine. The first Zionist conference which was set to be held in Frankfurt Germany, had to be moved to Basel Switzerland because of protesting by the European Jewish community. This is why zionists had to persecute Jews into fleeing to Palestine for their lives, because hardly any of them were willing to move there on their own.

They would have never had enough Jews to form a state, which is why the founder of Zionism wrote of the necessity to induce what is erroneously referred to as “anti-semitism”, to facilitate Jewish immigration to Palestine. Since the establishment of the modern apartheid-imposter state of Israel, different Israeli leaders have vowed to induce “anti-semitism” around the world, in order to insure that Jewish immigration to Palestine continues. It was never about providing a homeland for Jews.

    • Amelius  June 13, 2017 at 2:05 pm

Also, there is no such thing as a Christian-Zionist. That is an oxymoron. You cannot be both. John Hagee would disagree, but he is a total fraud-fat [email protected], who made his tremendous fortune by blaspheming against Christ and exploiting the ignorance and stupidity of those blind enough to follow him.

    • helpingmind  June 13, 2017 at 8:11 pm

Antisemitism is absolutely critical for Zion oriented Khazar Jews to psychically rationalize their membership in what amounts to a criminal international mob and too for Rabbis to prevent the natural bleeding of moral Jews into sympathy with all of humanity through marriage and the powers of assimilation.

The means of keeping Jews, Jews is the most sophisticated form of mind control ever devised. Reports of pogroms where used throughout the 19th and much of the entire 20th Century to keep the Ashkenazi Zionist tribe coherent and for Zionist fund raising, much of it skimmed off the top of course!
The “Holocaust” is the most blatant lie in service of ‘antisemitism’ in its received story… to drive as you say… Jews to Palestine and to keep a spy network, especially in American, vital.
The key, the door… to a Zion led world was of course the events leading up to and after 911. It was a ritual killing as well as a colossal deception as were WW1/2 (same war).
Please read, Douglas Reed’s, “The Controversy of Zion,” and Juri Lina’s, “Under the Sigh of the Scorpion.”

    • JohnZ  June 14, 2017 at 5:19 am

Jews are a made up people. All of it is pure b.s. Of course the Euro-jew is a fraud, a liar and a sociopath filled with hatred for everyone not of their tribe……yes it’s time to talk about this bunch as a tribe. Religion and race has nothing to do with it. They are all mentally unhinged, brought about by ceaseless mythical themes of persecution and self pity. It appears that the world’s jewry are all half crazy some of them, more so.
As for the xtian zionists, there’s not much to be done for them. They are, for the most part, largely uneducated, barely literate, most of them couldn’t read the Bible if they wanted and easily controlled through fear of punishment after death. Christianity itself is a fraud, a mean, spiteful messianic religion filled with an eagerness to bring punishment in the form of murder to any and all who do not willingly submit, ie: what was done to the Indians in the Americas, the religious wars in Europe that lasted centuries. The crusades and the horrible children’s crusades, the Inquisition, witchcraft trials and executions, the list goes on and on.

    • JohnZ  June 14, 2017 at 5:26 am

John Hagee is just another fine example of the kind of religious carney barkers who have infested the country ever since its inception with Joseph Smith being the most successful of these frauds and charlatans. IN America, religion is a business, although it is free from taxation no matter how much property a church owns. The leaders drive the nicest of import luxury cars, yachts, private jets all the while sniggling and giggling to them selves having gotten away with it again. Yes America has great religious leaders such as Billy and Franklin Graham, John Hagee, Jimmy Sweigart, Jim Baker, Pat Robertson, the late Jerry Falwell whom, as Christopher Hitchens stated,” should have been given an enema and buried in a matchbox”, Ted Hagard, Oral Roberts, Robert Schuler, a never ending supply of frauds who don’t believe anything they say, are in it for the money and power and by the way don’t practice what they preach.
Religion is the absolute worst scam ever foisted on humanity, period.

    • Amelius  June 16, 2017 at 8:27 pm

Hagee and rest of those exploitative scumbags are all hypocrites and thieves. I’m not sure if I’ve been misunderstood, sometimes it’s difficult to tell without hearing the tone of ones voice. But, I was simply replying to an ignorant comment made in the Facebook section.

I agree, that the religion of Christianity and religion in general is fraud, because the one who it claims to follow would never endorse the actions of the organization. I’ve read nothing in the words attributed to Jesus Christ that justifies, of endorses such atrocities as what resulted from so called “manifest destiny”, or the inquisition/Crusades, etc. In other words, I do not hold the unjustifiable actions of Christianity against Christ. I believe if he were around today, he would refuse to identify with much of so called Christianity.

    Thanks Ian.

“How long will it be before a Russian bomber accidentally obliterates some US troops and how will both sides react is a question that is giving us all some pause for thought and a matter of deep concern. ”

If the US had a realistic government, it would understand that International law permits a nation to defend it’s territory and citizens from illegal invaders and occupying forces “by any means necessary”. In other words, international law permits Assad and forces operating in Syria at his invitation, to directly target US forces and any other forces operating militarily in Syria without permission.

What I’m saying is, if US troops get obliterated in Syria, realistically-it can only be viewed as justice served. In other words, If US troops get obliterated by a Russian air strike in Syria, the US is at fault.

Russia is acting in Syria at the request of the duly elected president of the UN founding member nation of Syria and with UN approval. The US operates in Syria against the will of the duly elected Syrian president and the Syrian people, without approval from the UN.

Sadly, reality and international law have become two subjects that have no place in the USG. To me, that is why this scenario is a matter of deep concern. Surely the USG would view the obliteration of its troops in Syria as an unjustifiable act of aggression and the fact that this is simply not true, does not matter to them.

    • Ian Greenhalgh, Managing Editor  June 13, 2017 at 3:24 pm

I fully agree, however, that will not stop the US leveraging such an event for it’s own benefit. In fact, I bet there are those in Washington that would love nothing better than the Russkies to obliterate a few US troops as it would give them a cassus belli for further aggression.

    • Amelius  June 13, 2017 at 3:57 pm

      Exactly! I couldn’t agree more.

    • JohnZ  June 14, 2017 at 5:37 am

If such an event does occur and it is highly likely that in some future date it will, the U.S. propaganda machine will go into full speed. This would be just the event the zionist are praying for. So at this point the Russians are being very careful. However, as has been reported in the past here at VT, a number of American and israeli officers have been killed inside Syria and no mention of it made by Washington.
The Russians wold be smart to ferret out all the secret command posts Washington is using to direct ISIS and take each one of them out or to destroy the supply lines being used to arm its proxies.

  7. davor  June 13, 2017 at 2:15 am

VT telling it as it is. Unfortunately US has capabilities to produce subversive groups like ISIS in any country that has signed the non-extradition military treaty with US. That’s how bad it is. US army today belongs in military courts and prisons, not on aircraft carriers or on advisory/intelligence boards. US army is a bunch of criminals, unworthy of international engagement, or even deployment in North Dakota protests.

  8. Eduardo  June 12, 2017 at 4:49 pm

The US support of ISIS is not becoming obvious IT IS OBVIOUS since quite some time now. Just the blind leading the blind are not aware.

  9. ayelyahbenjamin  June 12, 2017 at 1:14 pm

as obvious as israeli leaked intelligence straight into Trumps mouth , whats wrong with this…https://sputniknews.com/military/201706121054565456-leaked-intelligence-israel-hacking-daesh/ in other words israel intends to, or has already created small explosives that closely resemble computer batteries that would then be placed inside a laptop and smuggled into airports, where it would be able fool X-ray detectors…..all they need is the patsies set up to frame the blame and a mouth like Trumps to set the stage….the US needs a bucket of cold water thrown in its face and stop looking at itself through a television screen telling them how great they are

  10. wjabbe  June 12, 2017 at 12:55 pm

Who gave the U.S. permission to be in Syria? Bomb and missile them until they get the message. Evidently these liars are also slow learners.

    • JohnZ  June 14, 2017 at 5:00 am
