Report: Israeli Stealth Fighters Fly Over Iran

Two IAF F-35 Adir fighter jets entered Iranian airspace undetected, according to the Kuwaiti newspaper Al-Jarida.

Two Israeli F-35 fighter jets entered Iranian airspace over the past month, Kuwaiti newspaper Al-Jarida reported on Thursday. The act is a signal of heightened regional tensions, especially in light of recent Israeli military attacks in Syria, including against Iranian bases in the country.

Sources quoted in Al-Jarida stated that two stealth fighters flew over Syrian and Iraqi airspace to reach Iran, and even targeted locations in the Iranian cities Bandar Abbas, Esfahan and Shiraz.

The report states that the two fighter jets, among the most advanced in the world, circled at high altitude above Persian Gulf sites suspected of being associated with the Iranian nuclear program.

It also states that the two jets went undetected by radar, including by the Russian radar system located in Syria. The source refused to confirm if the operation was undertaken in coordination with the US army, which has recently conducted joint exercises with the IDF.

The source added that the seven F-35 fighters in active service in the IAF have conducted a number of missions in Syria and on the Lebanese-Syrian border. He underlined that the fighter jets can travel from Israel to Iran twice without refueling.

Israel has admitted to launching about 100 air strikes on Syria over the past five years, targeting Hezbollah terrorists, weapons convoys and infrastructure, and it is believed to be behind dozens more.

On March 21, the IDF cleared for publication that Israel was behind the 2007 destruction of a nuclear reactor that was under construction in northern Syria.

In February, Israeli F-16 fighter jets entered Syrian airspace, striking 12 Iranian targets in Syria in response to an Iranian drone that was shot down over Israel. Two Israeli crew members were wounded when they ejected from their jet before it crashed, which was later determined to be caused by pilot error.

In response to the Iranian drone, a senior Israeli official warned that Israel will react with force to Iran’s efforts to entrench itself further in Syria.

“…the Iranians are determined to continue to establish themselves in Syria, and the next incident is only a matter of time,” he said, warning that Israel does not rule out that that the Islamic Republic will continue to try to attack Israel.

  1. Nothing about this makes sense. Even if some of the flight info is true, they could only fly over Iran because they let them. “Circled over at high altitude…” well that’s bollocks. Low altitude at night is the only slim chance they might have, but I doubt it. High altitude you’d be observed visually. Nah, not a chance. Unless they spoofed the radars to see them as Iranian planes… Lol!

    • This is Debka File type of reporting aimed at injecting Israeli egos with false confidence after the F-16I downing.

To also claim they bombed three different locations means the F-35’s werern’t carrying AMRAAM’s for self defense…

  2. Historically speaking no air force in the world has the ability to win a war all on its own that include the IDF or the USAF unless there laid a well defined boots-on-the-ground plan. Fake news or not, it’s about the mutually assured destruction (MAD) doctrine. If & when Israelies get up to the courage to attack a country like Iran, and thats a big if, they’d better sure as hell to make it count ’cause within a very short period of time the hell of “1000 missiles” will be unleashed on them; Saudis will be targeted and destroyed too in a distant second; and last but not least the straight of Hormuz will be shut close sinking the GCC’s petro-doller in no time. When fit hits the shan it’ll be more like a marathon and not a sprint, Ian.

    • Have to agree with Aquarius ( my other half),America and all those that for one minute think this will be ANYTJING LIKE VIETNAM, will have a BIG SHOCK comingRussia and Iran are getting closer by the day, sharing technologies all the time and must not forget Russias ‘cloaking’ technologies either, Me thinks that Iran just turned a blind eye intoIsraelis incurssion into Irans Airspace to just give the Zionists that Over confidence and arrogance they wave in the faces of Russia and Iran, then BANG!!!! GOTCHA!!!!, Hope that Putin’s sale of S 400’s to Saudi have the ‘back door’that many Americas arms sales have GOTCHA!!!
China has long memories and so does Russia !!

  3. The Kuwaiti newspaper report is about as credible as Kuwaiti reports of Saddam’s army killing babies in their incubators. POS news meant to boost the morale of a gullible Arab population against a different ethnicity and sect, all the while proving Israel’s value to defeat a common enemy.

  4. The Iranians aren’t stupid and they know just as I do that Israel is trying to provoke a response so they can have their propaganda machine and bought and paid for politicians try to get the US to fight another war for them.. AGAIN!
It’s NOT going to happen again, too many people around the world have woken up to your game of ‘BY DECEPTION THOU SHALT MAKE WAR!’
You’ve lost Russia, and China, who know your game and now, even your ‘Fatted Calf’ aka America, has had enough!

  5. Read this with disbelief. Why would the IAF risk the explosion of US anger if one of them was shot down or had a technical fault? That would have forced a proper strike and rescue mission with all kinds of consequences.

Whilst it may be low visibility to some radars the F-35 is not to others or in infra red, it certainly isn’t invisible. Can’t believe it happened.

    • According Lockheed Martin your scrap have a combat radius interdiction mission on internal fuel 760 miles. Forget it travel round trip to Iran without refuelling. If the jews mounted external fuel tanks forget stealth advantage, it’s a christmas tree in radar displays. There is only one possibility if travel is true and is American refueling tankers over the Irak sky.

  6. This smells like fake… i don’t know if the F-35 junk can travel from zionist entity to Iran twice “without refueling”… twice it’s more than 2000 miles.
