Trump Inadvertently Admits Russian Trump Tower Meeting Was About Getting Dirt on Hillary

U.S. President Donald Trump is renewing his attacks on two of his favorite targets: the special counsel Russia probe and the news media.

Trump, who is on a working vacation at his New Jersey golf club, began Sunday with a series of searing tweets.

He defended calling the media “The Enemy of the People,” and said journalists “purposely cause great division & distrust” and can “cause War!”

Trump then particularly went after recent reporting about Robert Mueller’s probe into possible links between his campaign and Russian officials, particularly stories on how he may be concerned about his eldest son’s legal exposure.

And Trump once again defended the June 2016 Trump Tower meeting in which his son met with a Kremlin-connected lawyer saying it was “totally legal” and that he didn’t know about it.

Trump Jr. published emails setting up the meeting a year later, ahead of a New York Times report revealing them. The Trump administration has denied wrong doing, describing the meeting as a “waste of time” and saying it was about Russian adoption policy related to American sanctions – a claim Trump just contradicted.

  1. I wouldn’t say Kennedy was pristine, perhaps he had more courage than others, but the financiers had more than enough to block him in the early running. Richard M Nixon knew where the bear shat in the buckwheat however. “[T]here may be some truth in that if the Arabs have some complaints about my policy towards Israel, they have to realize that the Jews in the U. S. control the entire information and propaganda machine, the large newspapers, the motion pictures, radio and television, and the big companies, and there is a force that we have to take into consideration.”-RMN

  2. First there was NO MEETING. Then it was a meeting about ADOPTION. Now it’s there was meeting on Hillary Dirt but nothing to see here! Next, it will be I conspired and knowingly broke US Law but who cares, look at what I did with Kim Jong Un. LMAO! This clown act is hilarious!

Of course, nothing matters to TrumpBots because when one is in a cult, the savior can never do anything wrong. So they are already a lost cause. However, Trumpbots are about 36% or less of voting population. So the Con Job will matter to the rest of voters and that is a very big deal. Trump Nixon? Trump on Mount Rushmore or rocking a cell at Rikers Island? Stay tuned folks

    • Has it occurred to you that your fifth estate is the problem? How is it possible for any 21st century country to survive a media that is owned and operated by enemies of the state? When you refer to “Trumpbots”, it simply raises the question of partisanship. All western countries are in a very dangerous situation owing to our failure to enforce acceptable journalistic standards.
