US to use ‘any means’ to shield citizens & allies from war-crime probes

‘ICC is dead to us’

The US will fight back using any means necessary if the International Criminal Court ever dares to probe an American or Israeli, and will punish those who cooperates with war-crime investigations, John Bolton is set to announce.

“The United States will use any means necessary to protect our citizens and those of our allies from unjust prosecution by this illegitimate court,” Donald Trump’s national security adviser, John Bolton, is expected to say, according to a draft speech seen by Reuters. “We will not cooperate with the ICC. We will provide no assistance to the ICC. We will not join the ICC. We will let the ICC die on its own. After all, for all intents and purposes, the ICC is already dead to us.”

The vigorous speech, titled ‘Protecting American Constitutionalism and Sovereignty from International Threats,’ according to the Washington Post, will be delivered to a conservative group in Washington on Monday.

The Trump administration will retaliate if the ICC proceeds with a formal investigation into alleged war crimes committed by US forces in Afghanistan. The ICC is considering an official probe after it received 1.17 million allegations from Afghan citizens of atrocities at the hands of the Taliban, local security forces and warlords, as well as the US-led coalition.

In addition, Bolton will vow to protect all American allies from similar probes – in particular Israel, which is being accused of perpetrating war crimes against Palestinian civilians. “The United States will always stand with our friend and ally, Israel,”says Bolton’s draft text.

The potential US sanctions against judges, prosecutors and those who cooperate with such a probe might include banning those individuals from entering the US, freezing their assets, and trying them in American courts.

The United States (as well as Russia) signed but never ratified the 2002 Rome Treaty that established the International Criminal Court. The body has since been widely criticized as a “political tool,” especially after The Hague-based court failed to examine NATO’s illegal intervention and bombings of Belgrade in the case of the former Yugoslavia, instead only going after former president Slobodan Milosevic. Nevertheless, the US exerts some influence over the court via European governments, which are dominant in the administration of the ICC. So, even if the ICC were to launch a probe, let alone find US forces guilty of war crimes, it is doubtful that Washington would take any notice of such rulings.

  1. What I believe should be done with old walrus face can’t be printed here. When he comes to his end and he will sooner or later and hopefully much sooner, he like McStain does not deserve a state funeral. Instead the corpse should be tossed into a dumpster and set on fire, the ashes taken to a landfill.
There is absolutely nothing positive to say about this piece of human fecal matter.

  2. Does it really matter what this mini Schnauzer says? He’s Satanyahoo’s lap dog and says what “they” want him to say. I wish they had the tapes on these conversations of treason between Bolton’s handlers, AKA: zpeech writers, zcript writers, zionist think “tankers” Wonder how many took the meeting on this one about ICC with Mini B.S., and who gave him his talking points?

People act as if this talking-head is the decision maker. They love them some “tips” and Mini B.S. is one of their biggest . . . although still, only a tip. The real phallic worship/warship is well below the surface. The shit their constantly flick is cooked up in the hallowed (not anymore) halls of our Nation’s “Capitoline” – the she-wolf, who is suckling Romulus and Remus — who are found in various forms and fashion up and down the political aisles. Their dog star is the Mini B.S. who hasn’t WEANED himself yet. FREAK!

These are the people who run our country.

They are not working in the best interests of US. And they haven’t for a long, long time.

    Wake up.

Impotent Criminal Courts — Mini B.S.’ statement suggests that the U.S. and Israhell are going for even more carte blanche . . .

  3. The investigation about war crimes committed by US forces in Afghanistan should be done by the same SCOTUS… in a decent world.

    • SCOTUS doesn’t have the authority on world stages, or military courts. It’s the Supreme Court of the United States, and they don’t have “original jurisdiction” rights, only in very rare cases. The function of the SCOTUS is when a case goes to their state courts, and the matter can not be adjudicated to the satisfaction of one party. After all avenues have been exhausted, one can PETITION the SCOTUS to accept the case, to render a ruling. However, the majority of petitioned cases are rejected.

War crimes should be investigated, and the guilty charged. Totally agree. But, that doesn’t happen in a “Total Institution” — which the military is.

It’s only Germans who have the made-for-TV hit . . . The Nuremberg Trials. Brought to you by the Zionists, just to be clear that the United States won’t tolerate . . . (what the Zionists programs us) what Germany did. Anything OTHER THAN the Nuremberg Trials . . . meh. It’s never going to be brought to the forefront. Only the “war crimes” of Germany. You won’t find the Tet Offensive, or the Iraq WMD, or the Afghanistan BigPharma war.

Last summer a former Marine who told me that he was ordered to burn an Afghani farmer’s field. He, and his team, told the farmer and his family to leave. When they had packed up what they could . . . the field was torched. He probably wasn’t growing opium poppies . . . his income for that year gone, and he probably had to sell his farm to another farmer who will grow opium.

    • This is what’s happening to US farmers, more or less. The sanctions their erected president placed is causing them grief. Many may lose their farms, only to be gobbled up by . . . Zionist owned industries, and/or Zionist Christian conglomerates.

To me, it’s all a war crime . . . but no one is going to know about.

There is a huge “rape” culture in the military, and females are victimized. Many people think that because females enlisted, they deserve to be . . . raped?!?!? They are re-victimized when they report it. The CO (commanding officer) doesn’t do anything about it.

So when people say “thank you for your service” I spit up in my mouth a little. I know what goes on.

Oh, and don’t ever expect ANY court in ANY nation in ANY country to be provide decency. That’s not their function. They “interpret the law” and make rulings. Ask the Wahhabi about “decency” in their tribunals.

Courts are not decent . . . and the only decent thing to do is a dream. WAKE UP!

      If courts were “decent” . . . Jesus wouldn’t have been double-crossed.

Don’t look at my SCOTUS as a saving grace or expect any decency from that institution. They are three pubic hairs shy of an 8 oz. coke. Ask Chief Just Us Clarence Darrow Thompson.

    • M.O.A.Bitches, what I mean is , if there is not a international instance for judge military crimes made by americans outside US , the same SCOTUS should be have a special authority for judge the americans military….

  4. Bolton’s speech has all the hallmarks of a staunch communist: shutting down courts, freezing assets and colectivizing guilt. I would add that ICC is dead to Americans mostly because their own moral judiciary is dead. Military drafts in western colonial states such as USA, UK or France are surgically protected from war crimes for more centuries now, that tends to curb the nation’s conscience and morality, and make them lose the salt of the earth. Remember G.W.H.B.quotes on being “dragged down the streets”?
