In 2014, an American ship, the AEGIS destroyer, the USS Donald Cook, now waiting to attack Syria, steamed into the Black Sea. Russia flew by it with a jamming system and shut the entire ship down. Watch the video.
This is one of America’s biggest secrets and the video above is confirmed true, Russia can shut down our missiles, our planes and ships with electronic warfare, some of it, we believe, based on Keshe based “plasma” technologies.
