About the Author:

R.T. Stokes is an author, teacher, thought leader, and Certified High-Performance Coach with a focus to help people search the depths of their own lives to discover significance hidden beneath the surface and to rise to greater fulfillment in each day. He is a US Navy veteran. Stokes has lived through the need to find himself as he was involved in a car accident which almost killed him and took away his memory. Through great determination and perseverance, Stokes has reassembled his past. After his accident, Stokes returned to the Navy and while serving on a submarine discovered the meaning of his existence.

Earlier in his life, Stokes dropped out of college and joined the Navy. While in the Navy he was able to gain a focus on finding his purpose and the meaning for his life. After sea duty he became an instructor at the Trident Training Facility while completing his Navy Master Training Specialist certification. He did continue pursuit of his college degree and graduated with academic honors in both a BA in Industrial, Technology and Trade Education and an M.Ed in Instructional Technology from Valdosta State University.  After working in small and large business areas he realized that people were experiencing pressures of life. Today Stokes is a keynote speaker, coach, and consultant who works with individuals, businesses, and organizations to help them to make a positive impact….Carol

Biography
Carol graduated from Riverside White Cross School of Nursing in Columbus, Ohio and received her diploma as a registered nurse. She attended Bowling Green State University where she received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in History and Literature. She attended the University of Toledo, College of Nursing, and received a Master's of Nursing Science Degree as an Educator.

She has traveled extensively, is a photographer, and writes on medical issues. Carol has three children RJ, Katherine, and Stephen - two daughters-in-law; Suzy and Katie - two granddaughters; Isabella Marianna and Zoe Olivia - and one grandson, Alexander Paul. She also shares her life with husband Gordon Duff, many cats, two rescue pups, and two guinea pigs.
