Do Turkish air defenses range all the way down into Taftanaz airbase area? I would suspect so. The mention of dozens of tanks was also no surprise, but we do need to ask where are the crews?

Are they already there pretending to be observers? Or is this equipment being staged there for the jihadis to use? Notice this is all older model armor, and no Turkish troops were in the video… Jim W. Dean ]

The airbase is in the lower part of the screen, center, directly below the city, and an easy target for airstrikes

On February 6 morning, the Turkish military established a new observation post in the Taftanaz Air Base in the eastern Idlib countryside.

The al-Moharar News, an outlet affiliated with the Turkish-backed Sahm Corps, released video showing dozens of battle tanks, armored vehicles and engineer vehicles of the Turkish Armed Forces to the air base.

  1. With the US invading any country of choice, destroying any country of choice by whatever means, why wouldn’t other low forehead types think, why hell yes lets go for it. The desired chaos looms, but beware, “Be careful what you wish for”.

  2. And no, JAG…it’s not just you. But Boris has advisers, etc. so it’s not just him. Russia has a ‘fifth column’ and ,off-topic, China caught what is quite possibly a ‘designer virus’. Recently, the RF banned outsider efforts to obtain DNA/RNA from its citizens. It’s about the global economy and the evil empire is nearly in its death throes.

  3. Thee may be something going on behind this maneuver. Erdo expends a lot of energy to improve his perceived ‘bargaining position’. The second-rate equipment is intended to impress…whom? THis might be a good time to visit Hell since all the Devils appear to be here.
