  1. This isn’t the first time a sitting president has attempted to influence a court outcome. Nixon did the same thing.

    Trump continues to take an already damaged presidency to lower levels than ever before. One has to wonder by what he actually means as an attempt to remain in the White House even if he is voted out.
    As for Roger Stone, if he is guilty of what they say he did, then make the punishment fit the crime. That is if he is really guilty. Now the way in which this case was handled, especially his arrest with two SWAT teams, a helicopter overhead, an amphibious vehicle and with CNN on the scene was the most despicable and unwarranted thing ever done. This was a pre-arranged mob scene where CNN was tipped off to make a spectacle out of it.
