After the training and testing of their work, the home health aides get hired by home care agencies which also give mandatory classes throughout the year known as “inservice classes” these inservices include lectures and exams that home health aides must pass in order to continue working.

These classes serve as a way to refresh the memory of the home attendants and ensure that they are constantly noting the proper procedures in all health-related topics. Some of the topics within these Inservices include Fall Prevention, OSHA Patient confidentiality, medication assistance, Coronavirus training and more.
