  1. The basic concept of punishment by confinement is on trial in the human psyche. The fines and punishments do not stop there. There is an entire network of malingering opportunists drooling over the proceeds from the (unfit to eat) favorable food contracts doled out to friends of politicians and massive money procured by funneling monetary exchange through monopolized companies charging mandatory exorbitant processing fees piled onto any transaction such as bail payments and commissary deposits as high as 25 %. These companies often have close ties to lobbies, and lose tons of money if the population dips. The double dip, is to pacify advocates with multi-million dollar kitchen retrofits (kick backs) and still leave the brand new kitchens unused in the process of only serving pre-prepared canned slop. The punishment is greater than confinement.

  2. When the LAW has your #, they do not relent. And then there are those poor decisions! Like ticket quotas there must be heavy arrest quotas as well. I feel for you children and potentially you Gordan. I know things are different here in Utah, we had a MLM (multi level marketing) firm roll out a massive online to drive-by Cofefe-19 testing program. It is easy to qualify to be tested if you are willing to give up some HIPPA information. They – on the side- had a SMALL interest in hydochloroquine with a potential in the millions with the state. At any rate if you have a decent testing program you can qualify to be tested if you claim some of the symptoms, Diarrhea and allergy symptoms as well as being a healthcare worker got me eligible. Many of us in my department at the hospital were able to get tested but we all had to do it on our one. Healthcare workers are not tested by their facilities per se. Even if you had significant contact.
