It is an honor to appear before you today to discuss the Department of Health and Human Services’ Operation Warp Speed efforts and the Department’s efforts on vaccines, diagnostics, and therapeutics. We are grateful for this opportunity to address how each of our agencies and offices are harnessing innovation to prevent, diagnose, and treat the novel coronavirus SARSCoV-2.
