The alleged terrorists consider themselves, according to social media, ‘Boogaloo Boys.”
…whatever that is…
This is an attempt by Right media to create distance between far-Right militias and Trump – who Trump has praised. The @dailydot has mapped out the man in question's social media and he is clearly a supporter of far-Right politics and conspiracy theories. https://t.co/dVDcKrP5QR— It's Going Down (@IGD_News) October 9, 2020
Brandon Caserta was a follower of the far-Right Boogaloo Boys, who promote the starting of a second American civil war and have been linked to recent murders of law enforcement officers. https://t.co/yfrConPvG8— It's Going Down (@IGD_News) October 9, 2020
[ Editor’s note: Upwards of 30 or so Michigan families were destroyed today. Donald Trump is to blame. The victims are those terrorized by Trump’s acolytes but also those who are clearly mentally deficient like Kyle Rittenhouse and these young men as well. None were prepared for the propaganda onslaught wrought by the Kosher Nostra and Trump.
Add to the list One America Network, Breitbart, Fox News, Epoch Times, Limbaugh, Hannity and, on a local basis, fake religious leaders and local political officials who have governed ‘outstate’ Michigan through militia gangs since the 1980s.
Before that it was done through the Black Legion (offshoot of the American Legion), the Klan and the Wayne County Republican Gun Club. Supporting them were the Tocco, Zerilli and Corrado familes acting as enforcers for Henry Ford and Harvey Bennett.

Lots of history here.
In every case you will find these are decent families, not always perfect, as no family is. They didn’t deserve this, having their children taken away, 20 plus years of prison hell holes for them simply because they weren’t smart enough to ignore a cheap con man.
Oddly, Brandon Caserta calls Trump a tyrant, setting him politically at odds with his co-conspirators.
This is a video of Brandon Caserta, one of the ringleaders of the group of men arrested for a plot where the group planned to kidnap Governor Gretchen Whitmer. I had an opportunity to discuss, in broad terms, FBI efforts in this area. This time no one in the FBI was looking to make a name as had been done before with Michigan based militias.
The roll up on this case will run to a dozen states. This is a human disaster even if no one was killed (though we suspect one died already). These are kids, stupid kids and they need to be saved from the Republican Party.
Every step of the way, GOP politicians met with and encouraged them, maybe not directly but certainly indirectly. Local officials in each county involved, Jackson, Ingham, Livingston, Macomb, Lenawee and Genesee have had various degrees of involvement as well… Gordon Duff ]
Local sheriff, former state Attorney General, former Lt. Governor possible suspects in Michigan M59 Corridor terror plot.
VT notes that Livingston County Sheriff Michael Murphy did not participate in the arrest of Michigan based terrorists operating openly under his jurisdiction. There is a reason for that.
They operated openly under his protection. Murphy was fined for openly campaigning, while sheriff, for Bill Schuette (with ties to the Wolverine Watchmen) against Whitmer. Trump appeared in that ad.
The seven people charged by the state are Paul Bellar, 21, Shawn Fix, 38, Eric Molitor, 36, Michael Null, 38, William Null, 38, Pete Musico, 42, Joseph Morrison, 42. They face a variety of firearm and terror charges. (Source: CNN)
They “Stood back and stood by” as ordered by Trump. Defending democracy is just like it had become after 9/11, now we have to watch homes with Trump signs. Many of us were doing it anyway, we knew they were crazy and, frankly, we knew they were this crazy all along.
VT has been saying nothing else. Time to listen, to arm, to stand up for America and stand with, oh how painful this is to say, our police, the ones we can trust anyway.
NEW AD: When Trump tweets "LIBERATE MICHIGAN," extremists take that as a call to action.— Republican Voters Against Trump (@RVAT2020) October 8, 2020

The terror attack was planned by members of the group below who were specifically congratulated by Trump. Kyle Rittenhouse may be a member of this group which operates in Michigan, Wisconsin, Ohio and has recruits elsewhere, now going into hiding.
The Wolverine Watchmen were working on Trump’s specific orders to “Liberate Michigan,” when he tweeted in response to their armed occupation of the Michigan capitol this spring.
These six were arrested by the FBI and are held on federal terrorism charges.
Former GOP officials, Attorney General and Lt. Governor tied to militia extremist stalking governor’s home…
The terrorists had visited the Michigan Capitol, invited by GOP legislator’s who encouraged them to bring their assault weapons into the Senate chamber. We believe this was the origin of their plan.
Thirteen are now charged with seven new arrests. They are charged with targeting law enforcement officers and their families. The group got together in Dublin, Ohio (Ohio fugitives being sought, more arrests due) and in a shop in Grand Rapids where they met in a basement, using a trap door under a rug. (You just can’t make these things up.)
Associates of the group also live in Blissfield, Michigan, a small town north of Toledo, Ohio.
Those involved are tied to state GOP officials (Michigan).
VT: The FBI raided a trailer park near Howell, Michigan, home of VT’s Mike Chester, seizing 6 and countless weapons. The plotters were planning to storm Michigan’s Capitol Building in Lansing, killing “every Democrat they could find” and then were to kidnap Trump “enemies lister,” Governor Whitmer. From the FBI filing:
“The attendees discussed plans for assaulting the Michigan State Capitol, countering law enforcement first responders, and using ‘Molotov cocktails’ to destroy police vehicles,” the affidavit indicates. “The attendees also discussed plans for an additional meeting during the first weekend of July when they also would conduct firearms and tactical training.
Fox said their best opportunity to abduct Governor Whitmer would be when she was arriving at, or leaving, either her personal vacation home or the Governor’s official summer residence,” the FBI affidavit notes, citing an audio recording provided by one of its sources. “Fox described it as a ‘snatch and grab, man. Grab the fuckin’ Governor. Just grab the bitch. Because at that point, we do that, dude — it’s over.'”
“The plot ultimately evolved into one in which the conspirators would storm her vacation home, blowing up a nearby bridge and grabbing Whitmer, if not killing her outright, the FBI indicated, citing recordings and internal communications it obtained from the alleged conspirators.
During the surveillance operation, Fox said, “We ain’t gonna let ‘em burn our fuckin’ state down. I don’t give a fuck if there’s only 20 or 30 of us, dude, we’ll go out there and use deadly force.'”
The weekend of Sept. 12 and 13, the group surveilled the vacation home at night: “During the late night of September 12 and early morning of September 13, the group drove from Luther to the vicinity of the vacation home in three separate vehicles.”
This photo of Whitmer’s small Antrim County cottage was published and distributed to militia activists by talk show host Randy Bishop.
The earlier lockdown protest and armed incursion into the Capitol may well have been a “dry run” for the planned takeover, testing security and police response.
Our sources tell us that the violent movement targeting the state govenrment is closely tied to former Michigan Attorney General Bill Schutte and former Lt. Governor Brian Calley, associates of Antrim County GOP Chair Randy “The Trucker” Bishop, a convicted felon from Macomb County who fled to Northern Michigan. From the Macomb Daily:
“A group of far-right instigators who have embarrassed the party have been labeled ‘malcontents,’ ‘loud-mouthed holier-than-thous,’ and ‘low-level thugs.’ But the GOP leadership has not taken a stand.
During the past week, Doug Sedenquist, vice chair of the Delta County Republican Party and a talk-radio host on a conservative Upper Peninsula station, agreed to plead guilty to charges that he engaged police in a standoff in a Wisconsin mall parking lot while armed with a rifle.
It appears Sedenquist is following in the footsteps of his sidekick, fellow radio talker Randy Bishop, aka ‘Trucker Randy.’ Several years ago, Trucker Randy pleaded guilty to two fraud felonies in Macomb County and then fled to northern Michigan, emerging as the chairman of the Antrim County GOP and a self-proclaimed leader of the state’s tea party movement.
At this point in the story, it should be pointed out that state Attorney General Bill Schuette, the state’s top law enforcement official, and Lt. Gov. Brian Calley, Michigan’s second in command, still pal around with Trucker Randy and Sedenquist, who also serves on the Republic state committee.
Shortly after a distraught Sedenquist was arrested in the Green Bay area standoff for threatening to instigate a ‘death by cop’ suicide, Schuette appeared on his radio program. A few months later, Calley was seen posing for photos with Sedenquist.”
The group, members of a Trump militia, had attended lockdown protests and had assisted in taking a Trump ‘Peace Float’ from state to state.

(WXYZ) — Six people have been accused of conspiring to kidnap Michigan Governor Gretchen Whitmer, according to a criminal complaint from the FBI.
Trump has trashed Gov. Whitmer repeatedly. Will you condemn the terrorists in Michigan charged with plotting to kidnapping her, @realDonaldTrump ???— blue man #BidenHarris (@blue_man_chu) October 8, 2020
“Several members talked about murdering ‘tyrants’ or ‘taking’ a sitting governor,” an FBI agent wrote in the affidavit. “The group decided they needed to increase their numbers and encouraged each other to talk to their neighbors and spread their message.”
Three more arrested as well, totaling 12 so far, more arrests may be made soon.
Adam Fox, Barry Croft, Ty Garbin, Kaleb Franks, Daniel Harris and Brandon Caserta have been named in the complaint. Croft is from Delaware; the rest are Michigan residents.
We have arrived at the Trump-supporting right-wing extremists orchestrating the kidnapping of Democratic governors part of the Darkest Timeline. This does not strike me as being disconnected from all the conservative news "Whitmer is a tyrant" rhetoric.https://t.co/2DLo2F0J1S— Scott Santens🧢🏄♂️ (@scottsantens) October 8, 2020
According to the complaint, a Michigan-based militia group attempted to recruit members for the operation, which included storming the Capitol building in Lansing and taking hostages, including Whitmer. The plan was reportedly supposed to be executed before the November 2020 election. From the UK Daily Mail:
On June 25, Fox live streamed a video on a closed Facebook group where he ranted about Whitmer, calling her a ‘tyrant b***h’.
He said: ‘I don’t know, boys, we gotta do something. You guys link with me on our other location system, give me some ideas of what we can do.’
On June 28, Fox, his girlfriend, Garbin, Franks and Caserta attended a training exercise in Munich, Michigan, at one of the Militia member’s houses.
Franks left afterwards. Fox, Garbin, Caserta and the informant remained. They were told to leave though if they did not want to participate in the attacks against the government and politicians.
Between July 10-12, the group attended a different training exercise in Wisconsin.
They practices shooting and combat drills and, according to the FBI, some of them tried to build IEDs with ‘black powder, balloons, a fuse, and BB’s for shrapnel’.
‘They were faulty and didn’t detonate as planned but the attempted explosions were recorded on video.’
On July 18, some of the men met again in Ohio and discussed attacking a Michigan State Police facility. Garbin then discussed ‘shooting up’ Whitmer’s vacation home.

The militia group reportedly held several meetings over the summer where they participated in firearms training and combat drills; they also attempted to build IED devices, which were faulty and did not detonate as planned, according to the complaint.
Det News: The affidavit was filed hours after a team of FBI agents raided a Hartland Township home Wednesday and comes amid an ongoing investigation into the death of a Metro Detroit man killed during a shootout with FBI agents.
FBI agents were on the scene of an extensive search Wednesday night in Livingston County, the agency confirmed.
Authorities had gathered at a property near Lansing Avenue in Hartland, where agents “will be searching for a little while yet,” Mara Schneider, a representative for the FBI Detroit Field Office, told The Detroit News late Wednesday.
The representative said other details would be released early Thursday.
WXYZ-TV (Channel 7) reported that Michigan State Police also were on the scene near M-59 as authorities executed a search warrant.
A representative for MSP did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
More than 12 people were arrested late Wednesday on state and federal charges.
The conspiracy described by the FBI specifically involved at least six people, including Ty Garbin, 24, whose home was raided by agents in Hartland Township late Wednesday.
The affidavit filed in federal court details probable cause to charge the six men with conspiring to kidnap Whitmer. Those identified by name include:
- Adam Fox
- Barry Croft
- Kaleb Franks
- Daniel Harris
- Brandon Caserta
Ages and hometowns for all six men were not immediately available.
The investigation dates to early 2020 when the FBI learned through social media that individuals were discussing the violent overthrow of several state governments and law enforcement.
In June, Croft, Fox and 13 others from multiple states held a meeting in Dublin, Ohio, near Columbus, according to the government.
Those present included an FBI confidential source who recorded the meetings. The source has been paid $8,600.
