Luntz was hired to do focus groups for the GOP to aid in putting a spin on the debates, to show a GOP win. This is normal politics and Luntz is their top guy.
We also are deeply suspicious about Trump’s diagnosis, based on his getting NDA’s from Walter Reed doctors. He cancelled a debate based on political advice. COVID was, we believe, advised as well, Trump and Melania were told to fake the disease. Kurschner has this, watch the video:

We didn’t think his kill count would get this high. I had figured he would stop at killing maybe 175,000 Americans in an Israeli backed war against Iran…that we would lose.

I would not be surprised If Trump has hired someone to take a shot at him on the balcony today to drum up some sympathy and support. He really wants to out do Lincoln.
Adrian that’s true especially in the minorities that he incites so much violence towards. But a hired gun would later be conveniently pardoned just like all his past gang of criminals who took a post in this administration and resigned.
