Confirmed, Fahmi Hinavi, operational chief of Israel’s Mossad, was killed by an Iranian team inside Tel Aviv on Thursday night. Hinavi is thought to have been the force behind the assassination of an Iranian nuclear scientist a few short weeks ago.
