Two Cops, Including a Trained Sniper, Arrested for taking part in Capitol Insurrection

The offenses would by necessity receive a penalty of more than one year in prison, which raises them to the level of a felony

Officers say they were on a "side street" during the riot but this photo seems to be taken from inside the capitol building which would make them less than truthful...

From Rocky Mount, Virginia, both officers flashed badges to get past Capitol Police (idiots) and began hunting for members of congress from a list.

Both were armed inside the Capitol…from WFXR:

The arrest warrants have been released for the two officers with the Rocky Mount Police Department who attended last Wednesday’s rally in Washington, D.C. and were among those who stormed into the U.S. Capitol.

The arrest warrants show Thomas Robertson and Jacob Fracker are both facing charges including:

  • Knowingly Entering or Remaining in any Restricted Building or Grounds Without Lawful Authority
  • Violent Entry and Disorderly Conduct on Capitol Grounds

  1. Having sniper training will not look good on his chit when the judge looks at his charges and what he attempted to do inside the Capitol Building when he lied about where he was that day.

Who was he looking for and what was his mission? Will these two be ultimately charged with murder as well? Time will tell and their boasting photos will betray them when they go to trial.

  2. Probably, a lot of folks had juvenile patriotic fantasies about being a real revolutionary hero, or something like that. Most of them stayed home though. But the truly delusional ones just couldn’t contain themselves. From the moment they mentally committed to be part of “the event” they entered a sort of dream-like state, and probably didn’t come out of it until the day after, if even then.
