Even if the covid did not kill an elderly person, it definitely reduced the number of doctor and emergency room visits for what many may consider (insignificant illness with large expenditures). I personally know a lady now 82, that has been going to the emergency room 3 to 4 times per week for over 10 years running,. There is nothing wrong with her except excessively fragile nerves, sociopathy, and hypochondria. Nobody ever says that to her. I do wonder how many of these types do the hospitals have ? How much per year is 150 emergency room visits ? For 10 years ? Who is fighting single payer health care or medicare for all and why ?
