In the summer of 1997, Joe Biden put out a statement explicitly saying that NATO expansion in the Baltic regions would rightly provoke Russia to take military actions. Biden even suggested that NATO would be responsible for creating a “vigorous and hostile” Russian response. Biden said:
“I think the one place where the greatest consternation would be caused in the short-term for admission [to NATO], having nothing to do with the merit and preparedness of the country to come in, would be to admit Baltic states now in terms of NATO-Russian, US-Russian relations.
“If there was ever anything that was going to tip the balance, were it to be tipped, in terms of a vigorous and hostile reaction in Russia, I don’t mean military, it would be that.”
More recently, Tusi Gabbard has challenged Biden to end the Ukrainian conflict by saying:
“President Biden could end this crisis and prevent a war with Russia by doing something very simple. Guaranteeing that Ukraine will not become a member of NATO because if Ukraine became a member of NATO, that would put U.S. and NATO troops right on the doorstep of Russia, which, as Putin has laid out, would undermine their national security interests.”
The crisis, said Gabbard,
“Number one, it gives the Biden administration a clear excuse to go and levy draconian sanctions, which are a modern-day siege against Russia and the Russian people. And number two, it cements this Cold War in place.
The military-industrial complex is the one that benefits from this. They clearly control the Biden administration. Warmongers on both sides in Washington have drumming up these tensions. If they get Russia to invade Ukraine, then, again, it locks in this new Cold War.”
The military-industrial complex, continued Gabbard, would end up making “a ton more money than they have been fighting Al-Qaeda.”[1]
Now how can any thinking person say that Vladimir Putin is solely responsible for the Ukraine crisis? Do United States leaders really think that they can manipulate every single person on the planet?
Once again, Putin isn’t stupid. He has responded to the New World Order’s agenda, and as we have seen in Ukraine, he seems that he will continue to do so. We have just learned that Ukrainian nuclear facility has been severely damaged by the Russians.[2] Dear Mr. Putin, take control of those facilities, otherwise they will put your country in danger.
