“A rich country has sown this poison. The UN investigates” declared Cardinal Albert Malcolm Ranjith, Metropolitan Archbishop of Colombo (Sri Lanka) in March 2020, launching an appeal to the UN Headquarters in New York on SARS-COV-2. A request also contained in a more insightful and detailed letter sent to the United Nations by the former president of the Islamic Republic of Iran, Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, in which he explicitly referred to as a bacteriological weapon on SARS-Cov-2 virus. Since the former statesman is now disliked by his own country, his stance was reported by very few world media (including Gospa News).
We have written about these things in various investigations of the WuhanGates cycle on SARS-Cov-2 created in the laboratory, according to authoritative virologists and military intelligence experts, but now sensational news regarding the role of DARPA, the agency for innovative weapons of the Pentagon, renews disturbing doubts leading us to an even more disconcerting question … Did Queen Elizabeth II know or did she not know what the bacteriological laboratories in the service of Her Majesty were doing?
These heavy accusations followed those of lawyer Francis Boyle, the author of the law on the containment of biological weapons in the United States, and Jeff Brown, founder with other international journalists of the Bioweapon Truth Commission, (www.bioweapontruth.com), an independent organization that on the subject has created the largest archive of documentation on the West and on the United States, where biological warfare was meticulously described in a video of the Navy declassified only a few years ago (and previewed by Gospa News).
Before them, on August 13, 2019, it was the Center for the Study of Existential Risk (CSER) of the University of Cambridge that raised the alarm: “In a new report, experts called on policymakers to” protect their citizens “and begin preparing for events like a devastating bioengineering pandemic or programmers losing control of artificial intelligence systems,” wrote Sarah Knapton, Science Editor of The Telegraph.
Scientists, in fact, we’re well aware of some dangerous experiments conducted by the Pirbright Institute of the homonymous village of Guildford in the county of Surrey (Gb) not only on the chicken avian coronavirus, has emerged from a 2015 research patent that initially made suspicions on this research center, but also at other mysterious pathogens not even revealed in the UK annual dossier in compliance with the Biological Weapons Convention, the international treaty on bio-weapons monitored by the UNOG in Geneva.
THE SUSPICIOUS ROLE OF THE PENTAGON DARPA
We had already written about all this in the reportage ‘WuhanGates – 26 From SARS-2 Bio-Weapon to the Golden Vaccine” but unfortunately at the time, we lacked a fundamental step in this story of extremely dangerous bacteriological research: the role of DARPA (Defense Advanced Research Project Agency), led by Pentagon (the US Department of Defense) which a few years ago equipped itself with a Biological Technologies Office (BTO) to also investigate the development of “defense” weapons in the bacteriological field.
The very secret and dangerous research conducted by the Pirbright Institute, in fact, was not only financed by the Bill & Melina Gates Foundation, at the center of the shady Triad of Vaccines among Big Pharma producers of anti-Covid serums but also by DARPA itself which in the same year, probably intimidated from a possible in-depth investigation by the administration of Republican Donald Trump, refused to grant funding to a project of chimeric viruses enhanced by the Gain-of-Function technique (similar to the uranium enrichment principle for atomic weapons) as it is subject to “Dual Use” control or for dual purposes “vaccine and bioweapon”.
In that confidential (but not secret) document referring to 2018, we read very interesting information. The Department of Environment, Farming, and Rural Affairs (Defra) of the European Union has conducted dangerous experiments on various pathogens that require a BSL 3 biosecurity laboratory. Some are mentioned others, who knows why, no! What is there to hide to UNODA (United Nation Office Disarmament Affairs) in Geneva?
The project was aimed at the «Diagnosis and surveillance of exotic animal diseases and research into control measures for those diseases. The Pirbright Institute maintains FAO and OIE Reference laboratories. Micro-organisms are categorized up to and including SAPO 4 and ACDP Hazard Group 3. These include but are not limited to: Foot and mouth disease, bluetongue, swine vesicular disease, African Horse Sickness, Capripox, African swine fever, Peste des Petits Ruminants, Rinderpest, Chickungunya and Rift Valley fever».
In the international list of pathogens of the Hazard Group (danger group) ACDP 3 under the heading Coronaviridae there is also SARS of the Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome of 2003 which is framed in the category of danger B: a list of workers exposed to this agent must be stored for 40 years after the last known exposure.
The research of the English institute would not arouse suspicion if there were not two “particular” subjects to finance them. The now inevitable Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation with another arouses even more concern.
If on the one hand, Pirbright certifies that it “does not take contributions from the UK Ministry of Defense”, on the other hand, it is supported in this initiative by an even more powerful organization: Us Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency, or the American government agency of the Pentagon that deals with military experiments for an evident purpose of “dual-use” vaccine or bioweapon.
Why does the Pentagon have to resort to a British research center when it can count on 28 Biolabs in the US as evidenced by our survey on BWC 2015? When we first published this survey, it was not clear to us. Now it is!
The US Department of Defense also controls at least 25 other specialists in biological weapons research around the world managed by the other agency DTRA (Defense Threat Reduction Agency), including the infamous Richard Lugar Center in Tbilisi (Georgia) accused by Russia of causing death of human guinea pigs with lethal clinical tests during a case project led by Gilead, Pentagon’s contractor, in which George Soros made a large investment, hitting the mark as the pharmaceutical multinational itself is the manufacturer of Remdesivir, the expensive antiviral authorized throughout the world against the Covid-19 cure.
Why England then? Was it perhaps because Donald Trump had in the meantime become president of the United States of America and had announced his intention to end funding for biological research in the international arena? As he actually did in the autumn of 2019 by cutting funds to the EcoHealthAlliance. (EHA).
Not only. Precisely in 2018, DARPA rejected the request for funding for an experimental project on a laboratory SARS because it was considered too dangerous for “dual-use” vaccine or bioweapon purposes due to the use of the Gain of Function, the enhancement of the viral load of the pathogen, put on a moratorium by the Obama-Biden administration with the exception of some research on coronaviruses conducted in the Chapel Hill laboratories of the University of North Carolina by Professor Ralph Baric under the aegis of Anthony Fauci, director of the NIAID (National Institute Allergies and Infectious Diseases).
EHA, a non-profit company in New York in the creation of the Anglo-American zoologist Peter Daszak (president) also sponsored by Big Pharma of vaccines (Johnson & Johnson as demonstrated in WuhanGates – 1) and ended up in the eye of the storm for funding the Wuhan Institute of Virology.
There Daszak himself, before plotting the denial of the artificial origin of Covid-19 from The Lancet magazine, worked alongside the Chinese bat-woman Shi Zhengli who first built a chimeric virus of SARS 2003 in which he inserted of the plasmids infected with the HIV virus, of which they found traces in SARS-Cov-2, the nine Indian biologists, Montagnier and Bricage.
Suspicions now hail over the United Kingdom where we have already discovered a heap of shady interests on the pandemic in Cambridge: home of the Ngo One Nucleus, funded by Big Pharma AstraZeneca and partner of a leading multinational in medical diagnostics (i.e. RT-PCR swabs) that has also collaborated with the London-based GlaxoSmithKline, a partner of Pfizer, owner of the Comirnaty messenger RNA-based antiCovid gene serum, just happened since August 2019…
At this point, the specious and inevitable question that we asked ourselves at the beginning of this article returns … Did Queen Elizabeth II know or did she not know what the bacteriological laboratories in the service of Her Majesty were doing?
And another one… It is for these intrigues that the former director of British counterintelligence MI 6, Richard Dearlove, denounced the artificial origin of the virus, based on research conducted in the United Kingdom and released only many months after the advances, but was quick to accuse China?

It is Russia that has active chemical and biological weapons programs and is in violation of the Chemical Weapons Convention and Biological Weapons Convention.
Finally, Russia has a track record of accusing the West of the very crimes that Russia itself is perpetrating. These tactics are an obvious ploy by Russia to try to justify further premeditated, unprovoked, and unjustified attacks on Ukraine. We fully expect Russia to continue to double down on these sorts of claims with further unfounded allegations.”
