TsarGradTV: The staff of the Regional Clinical Psychiatric Hospital No. 3 in Kharkiv was required to sign a non-disclosure agreement.

The Russian Defense Ministry cited new facts about the activities of American biological laboratories and their victims in Ukraine, which were revealed as a result of a special operation.



In the period from 2019 to 2021, American scientists from a laboratory in the city of Merefa <…> tested potentially dangerous biological drugs on patients of the Regional Clinical Psychiatric Hospital No. 3 in Kharkiv,

– the message of the Russian defense department says.

The selection of experimental subjects with mental disorders took into account their age, nationality and immune status. It is noted that the records of studies were carried out on special forms, and the data were not entered into the hospital database. At the same time, the employees of the medical institution undertook in writing not to disclose this information.

On the eve of the special operation, the laboratory in Merefa curtailed its activities, and the documentation and equipment were taken to Western Ukraine.

There are testimonies from a number of witnesses to these inhuman experiments, whose names we cannot disclose in the interests of ensuring their safety,

– says the report of the Ministry of Defense.

Recall that in total on the territory of Ukraine there were at least 30 such laboratories, the main task of which was the development of bioweapons.
