Text message trove shows Oath Keepers discussing security details for Trump associates

…from Politico

[ Editor’s Note: This is the classic case of people snorting their own fantasyland cocaine that made them think they were untouchable because they were among Trump’s Bad Boys, and hence ‘the force’ would be with them.

But it turns out that The Force has turned out to be the Jan 6 committee and the DoJ. Although a lot of red tape was thrown into the process to slow it down, those efforts can now be viewed as more evidence of their illegal intent.

Yours truly suspects that the Jan 6 committee held back the dynamite text messages it had from Mark Meadows so that the Congressional Insurrection ‘suspects’ would be given more rope to hang themselves by bashing the commission as a political lynch mob, when they were actually part of the Trumper mob trying to lynch the Biden election.

The coup plotters from the top down were ‘wanna be’ grifters, starting with their breaking the Golden Rule of throwing over a government.

There is a big batch of Mark Meadows’ material that was not released and went to the Archives. Further bombshells could be waiting to explode there… Jim W. Dean]

We now are seeing that an American political party itself was part of the Insurrection

Top members of the Oath Keepers now facing seditious conspiracy charges chatted for days about providing security for some of the highest-profile figures associated with Donald Trump’s effort to overturn the election, according to a newly released trove of text messages.

Oath Keepers founder Stewart Rhodes and top allies like Florida Oath Keeper Kelly Meggs discussed plans to provide security for figures like Roger Stone, Alex Jones, Ali Alexander and Michael Flynn on Jan. 5 and Jan. 6, describing potential partnerships with other groups and security details.

…The messages were posted Monday by Ed Vallejo, one of 11 Oath Keepers facing seditious conspiracy charges for his role in the alleged plot.

Vallejo was stationed at a Comfort Inn in Arlington, Va., where prosecutors say he oversaw the group’s cache of weapons and was prepared to drive it to the Capitol if the fighting grew more intense. Vallejo is seeking release from pretrial detention.

…Evidence that Meggs had a direct line to Tarrio — whose phone was confiscated by law enforcement and has now been accessed by federal prosecutors — adds new heft to the evidence of coordination among the groups.

  1. It did? Then why is it #1 in the App Store?🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 With the fast pace and social media not really on my radar for following, I think the discrepancy is a lot of people signed up but it did not work. My last memory was, as usual, Trump blamed the people he got to do it. That was weeks ago. If it has arisen from the dead, I would be the last to know 🙂 Trump is always dreaming or scheming his way out of failures when he is not suing everybody.

  2. Gotta love your sources Politico. Isn’t that the same shizt rag that said the Rooskies did a bombing raid on Azovstal? News flash Dean the Oath Keepers are Feds🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

    • It’s news. There’s lots of it, published everywhere, and lots of different opinions on it. Welcome to the real world. They do what they do, and we do what we do.

    • “the Oath Keepers are Feds” … ahhhh, last time I looked, under cover Feds don’t get indicted, denied bond, and held for trial. Their wives would divorce them and take the kids to grandmas.

  3. They whine about persecution while enjoying privilege, and employ ignorant thuggery as their language of choice. They are spoiled gullible children.

  4. I wonder if corrections officers will have allowed to Rhodes keep its smartphone within jail to be able continue texting now in Truth Social ???
