The total civilian refugee number extracted was inflated by the long suffering basement dwelling victims who suffered more as they were directly on the perimeter of the main combat area. They grabbed their chance to get out to Kiev or Donbass controlled areas.

From some of Patrick Lancaster’s videos we learned that the reason that many had not left earlier to get farther away is their hearing that those neighborhoods were just as destroyed as theirs, and hence they would be risking getting killed merely to be in a similar situation.



The last Lancaster video I saw showed a situation where very elderly people, who could not safely move, felt they were safer sheltering in place. No one wanted to move where they could be exposed to Azov snipers shooting anything that moved, all of which has been censored from Western media, and worse, all blamed on Russian forces.

Donbass forces are lumped in with the Russians, the West not wanting to acknowledge the Donbass region as an ‘entity’, despite the large effort to reach the Minsk II agreement on regional autonomy, and The West firmly ignored the civilian shelling that continued for the next eight years.

Russian Defense Ministry said, that thanks to the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin’s initiative, 80 civilians, including women and children, who were held by Ukrainian nationalists in the Azovstal plant in Mariupol, were rescued.

Three buses with refugees were taken out of the territory of Azovstal and the adjacent to the plant blocks; 40 people: 18 men, 14 women, 8 children.

Another 46 people escaped the day before from the territories adjacent to the plant.

All evacuees were placed in a tent camp in the village of Bezymennoe of the Donetsk People’s Republic, where they were provided with accommodation, food and the necessary medical care.

Civilians evacuated by RAF from the Azovstal plant who wished to leave for areas controlled by the Kiev regime have been handed over to representatives of the UN and the International Committee of the Red Cross. Their evacuation is monitored by ICRC and UN staff.

As the released civilians said, there can be a high-ranking foreign military man in Azovstal.

They informed that ‘military’ (probably Azov soldiers) came and said that they have some general sitting somewhere in the bunker; he was appointed, he is an Azov man, he seems to be from mercenaries, and he is personally in touch with Zelensky.

  1. In Ukraine, along with the units of the Azov regiment, mercenaries from Israel are fighting. This was stated on Sputnik radio by the official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry, Maria Zakharova.

    “All the same, I will say something that the very politicians in Israel who have inflated the information campaign now are unlikely to want to hear. Perhaps they will be interested. In Ukraine, Israeli mercenaries are now actually shoulder to shoulder with the Azov militants,” she explained.

    The official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry noted that she had personally seen evidence of this.

Jim, Zelensky is just the puppet of Zlochevsky, who the Hunter Biden laptop, plus Joe Bidens bragging confession of the quid pro quo to get Prosecutor Shokin fired, is obviously a COMPROMISED President. This war is to save the oligarch Zlochevsky. I’m sure it’s just a coincidence that all key players are Jewish and NEOCONs…or their lackeys.

  4. Those who wanted to be evacuated to the territory of Ukraine are Nazi families from the Azov battalion. When the videographer came to them on the bus, they all hid their faces. And one of the women (probably the wife of a terrorist) yelled at the reporter to take video of their faces and get out of the bus.
