Everything you always wanted to know about SDGs (but were afraid to ask)

by Dragan Filipovic

One hundred years ago, the Soviet Communist Party – under the guise of the common good – confiscated farmland belonging to the Kulaks (landowning peasant class), which ended up costing millions of lives and setting the economy back decades.

Their ideological heirs today utilize similar methods dictated by the United Nations Agenda 2030 which – also under the guise of the common good – has been adopted in 2015 by all 193 United Nations member states as “a plan of action devised to achieve 17 sustainable development goals (SDGs) by the year 2030”.

During the Great Leap Forward (1958-1962) the Chinese Communist Party carried out forced collectivization of agriculture, resulting in 45 million deaths; The Great Reset is its modern iteration

Agenda’s outline was first revealed three decades ago by Maurice Strong, Secretary-general of the 1992 UN Conference on Environment and Development (UNCED), “Current lifestyles and consumption patterns of the affluent middle class – involving high meat consumption and large amounts of frozen and convenience foods, use of fossil fuels, appliances, home, and workplace air-conditioning, and suburban housing are not sustainable.”

Strong advanced the then-novel theory that carbon dioxide was a pollutant affecting the climate and was praised by The Telegraph as “The man who invented climate change”, whereas the Quadrant Magazine labeled him a “Climate crook… who did very nicely by costing everyone else dearly… and more than any other redefined a trace gas as the meal ticket for tens of thousands of climate functionaries – the same people whose light-fingered heirs are today (2015) gathered in Paris.”

“Control oil and you control nations; control food and you control the people.” – Henry Kissinger

Net Zero = Zero Life

The Agenda’s solution for “climate change” is Net Zero plan to reduce “atmospheric pollutants” which designates carbon and nitrogen as the main offenders – despite the fact that carbon is the primary component of life on earth with CO2 being a base nutrient for plants, while nitrogen is essential for plant growth.

Historical data shows that current atmospheric carbon dioxide levels are low in comparison with periods when the planet was much greener, and it is well-established that the optimal CO2 level for plants is manyfold greater than the current 420 ppm (parts per million), so the drastic reduction envisioned by Net Zero is likely to imperil life on earth.

Maurice Strong described himself as “a socialist in ideology, a capitalist in methodology”

Atmospheric CO2 level exceeded 5,000 ppm during the Cambrian period 550 million years ago; during the past 150 million years the CO2 level has dropped by 90%, and now stands at 420 ppm

In four previous interglacial periods, global temperatures were 2°C – 4°C (3.6°F – 7.2°F) above today’s average as hippopotami roamed the European continent 120,000 years ago

Earth has experienced four ice ages during the past half a million years, which have on average lasted some 100,000 years; during the last 11,500 years Earth has enjoyed an interglacial period that allowed humans to engage in agriculture and building of civilizations; it is unknown when the next ice age is coming, only that it is inevitable.

Rich amateurs v. Poor professionals

The well-funded “climate change“ narrative and its reliance on pseudoscience and data manipulation is identical to the Covid plot which allows for a single version of “facts“ to be presented and for all who are opposed to being loudly decried as “anti-vaxxers“, “climate deniers“ and “anti-science“, while objective experts are ostracized and established science ignored.

This was evident in 2020 when 930,000 health professionals signed the Great Barrington Declaration which states: “As infectious disease epidemiologists and public health scientists we have grave concerns about the damaging physical and mental health impacts of the prevailing COVID-19 policies and recommend an approach we call Focused Protection.”

Similarly, the Oregon Petition signed by 32,000 climate experts, has been totally ignored by the media. The petition states, “The proposed limits on greenhouse gases would harm the environment, hinder the advance of science and technology, and damage the health and welfare of mankind. There is no convincing scientific evidence that human release of carbon dioxide, methane, or other greenhouse gasses is causing or will, in the foreseeable future, cause catastrophic heating of the Earth’s atmosphere and disruption of the Earth’s climate.

Moreover, there is substantial scientific evidence that increases in atmospheric carbon dioxide produce many beneficial effects upon the natural plant and animal environments of the Earth.“

Earth’s atmosphere consists of 78% nitrogen, 21% oxygen, and 1% inactive gases, of which 0.036% is CO2

Norwegian Nobel laureate, physicist Dr. Ivar Giaever and 1,200 scientists have also issued the World Climate Declaration stating, “There is no climate emergency. Therefore, there is no cause for panic and alarm. CO2 is not a pollutant. It is essential to all life on Earth. Additional CO2 in the air has promoted growth in global plant biomass. However, there is ample evidence that CO2-mitigation measures are as damaging as they are costly. We strongly oppose the harmful and unrealistic net-zero CO2 policy proposed for 2050.”

“GLOBAL COOLING → GLOBAL WARMING → CLIMATE CHANGE”

Five decades of climate alarmism: during the 1970s based on “planetary deep freeze” and then a decade later on “global warming”; since none of the dire prognoses came true, it has morphed into “climate change”.

According to Dr. Tim Ball:

Climate change propaganda is designed by the United Nations for one thing only: to stampede the world into Sustainable Development and its green agenda. It masquerades as benevolence saving the world, but is harmful to the world and anti-human.”

The small minority which has fallen for the climate change hype consists of those who profit from its various state-sponsored schemes plus the schoolkids who get to skip class, thanks to Fridays for Future and Extinction Rebellion protests. Despite the hysteria and relentless propaganda, a recent Gallup poll found that only 3% of Americans consider climate change to be a concern, while a New York Times survey registered climate as being a problem for 1% of the respondents.

These headlines are verboten in the mainstream media

It is why Big Tech is actively censoring stories that are in opposition to the official line, as evidenced by the recent revelation that the United Nations and WEF have been employing 110,000 “information warriors to regulate the internet and suppress disinformation” – primarily on the topic of the Big C’s: Covid and Climate.

Net Zero backers are therefore pinning their hopes on the indoctrination of the Gen Z’s and Gen A’s who are taught the Green Agenda from an early age, including that humans are the scourge of the planet and how they have to accept numerous restrictions in order to overcome the “climate crisis”, including eating little or no meat and also the fact that they will likely be the first generation in a century which shall not own a car.

Agenda’s Deceptive Goals

Agenda 2030 consists of 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), whose declared aims are achieving “peace, diplomacy, and international cooperation… for the world to progress towards 2030 and beyond“, but behind the noble-sounding objectives lurks a communist ideology that places collective interests above those of the individual.

The Agenda aims to control every aspect of the economy by monopolizing the food supply chain and changing the production and consumption of goods, as affirmed by the UN Food Systems Summit last year whose platform was to “unlock innovation that will transform and improve our global food system in alignment with the 2030 Agenda and all 17 SDGs“, and “focusing on the role of data and digital, knowledge and technology ecosystems,“ which includes introducing carbon allowances to “combat climate change”.

Klaus Schwab

Lenin admirer Klaus Schwab at the 2022 WEF:

“Let’s also be clear, the future is not just happening, the future is built by us, by a powerful community as you here in this room. We have the means to improve the state of the world”

According to Alex Newman, the concept of using food as a weapon has been a hallmark of communist regimes for a hundred years, as well as “… a hallmark of the very same people who are openly promoting the U.N. Agenda 2030, the Sustainable Development Goals, and even the World Economic Forum.

One of the things that the communists loved to do is create scarcity and create dependents. As long as you have independent people who are able to take care of yourself, there really is no need for the government to run your life and control everything that you do. Americans are good examples. As long as the food production is widely diffused, and it’s in the hands of independent producers, it becomes very difficult to get people to bend to your will.”

Newman believes that the UN ultimately wants to get rid of private land ownership, “We see this all over the world. This is not just happening in the Netherlands. They want to remove small farmers, even medium farmers, from their land, and… bring it all under the control of these – I think there’s no other term to describe it – fascistic public-private partnerships”.

One of the solutions advocated by the WEF for reducing global greenhouse gases is replacing livestock-derived foods with alternative forms of protein, such as insects and lab-cultured proteins, which would very likely put most farmers growing crops for livestock out of business.

Author G. Edward Griffin also decries Agenda’s hidden plan: “The dirty secret of the agenda is that it is the UN master plan to change the world political and economic system into totalitarian collectivism; to do this, people have to rely on the state for everything, otherwise they can hardly be controlled. It means the abolition of private property so that everyone can gather and assemble in cities where they can live in the apartments that the state will grant them. No one should own land or a water source, since those who can grow food pose a threat to a collectivist society because they do not need the help of the state.“

Sri Lanka: Anatomy of a Failed Experiment

Net Zero, the key component of the Agenda, involves the elimination of fossil fuels and transitioning to “green energy” for which the ESG – Environmental, Social, and Governance – metric was conceived to evaluate corporate and country alignment with the SDGs.

Sri Lanka, whose Environment Minister Mahinda Amaweera in 2020 declared a government initiative to “save the earth from our own geoengineering misuse, greed, and selfishness”, became WEF’s poster child when it banned chemical fertilizers last year and signed on to the green finance taxonomy with the International Finance Corporation and was awarded an almost perfect ESG score of 98.1 for its efforts, whereas Sweden stands at 96.1 and the United States at 50.7. However, the catastrophic results of these measures were not long in coming, as the rice yields were cut in half, fuel supplies collapsed and the population rioted, forcing the World Economic Forum to remove an article from 2018 which praised Sri Lanka as being set to join the rich countries’ club by 2025, thanks to the WEF and the green economy.

According to the Republican Daily, “Flowery tales of ‘organic’ farming and saving the planet have now been replaced with horror, as the island nation’s top exports have been laid to waste. People are starving, they can’t get gas or electricity, and none of the globalists who used Sri Lanka as a testbed for their green fantasies are coming to help. If all of this sounds familiar, that’s because the same thing is currently playing out in The Netherlands.”

Red State reported, “In the Netherlands, farmers are protesting after their leaders signed onto a European Union deal to dramatically reduce nitrogen emissions. Keep in mind, that decision came even as it was obvious those policies were in the midst of destroying Sri Lanka’s economy. Climate hysterics simply do not care about who they hurt while they pursue their nonsensical, ineffective ‘green’ policies. It should be obvious to everyone who is sentient that the world needs food in order to sustain its population. To attack that sector of human production is suicidal, yet that’s exactly what the climate radicals are doing. They are following the lead of a Swedish teenager over the wants and needs of their own citizens.”

However, as noted by The Epoch Times in an article titled “Federal Agencies Become ESG Activists”, the United States has not been deterred by these failures, with Biden announcing a ‘whole-of-government plan‘ to enact the environmentalist agenda: “Since Joe Biden assumed the presidency nearly two years ago, the Biden administration has been relentless in redirecting virtually every federal agency toward activism for ‘climate and social justice and aligning the federal government in lockstep with the corporate environmental, social, and governance (ESG) movement.”

Soviet poster from the 1920s: “Strike down those who obstruct the realization of the plan” – history repeats itself as land is again confiscated from farmers who refuse to conform to the state plan

Analog v. Digital Wallets

The analog to ESGs for individuals is the PCA – Personal Carbon Allowance devised to monitor everybody’s carbon footprint. Per one Nature study, “…PCAs could play a role in achieving ambitious climate mitigation targets… recent advances in AI for sustainable development, together with the need for a low-carbon recovery from the COVID-19 crisis, open a new window of opportunity for PCAs. Furthermore, we present design principles based on the Sustainable Development Goals for the future adoption of PCAs.”

They also note that during the pandemic, “restrictions on individuals for the sake of public health, and forms of individual accountability and responsibility that were unthinkable only one year before, have been adopted by millions of people… who may be more prepared to accept the tracking and limitations related to PCAs to achieve a safer climate and the many other benefits.”

The one prerequisite for the widespread adoption of PCAs is the elimination of cash and its replacement with digital currency. Sweden was the first country in Europe to introduce paper money in 1661, but in March 2023 it will become the world’s first cashless society, and central banks everywhere are hard at work to introduce CBDCs – Central Bank Digital Currencies – which are due to replace banknotes as means of payment.

Prelude to PCAs: UK’s NatWest bank is already calculating their clients’ monthly carbon footprint

Barbara Baarsma, CEO of Rabo Carbon Bank, reveals the carrot and stick approach to garner approval for the digital wallet: “Let’s ensure that every household or every citizen in the Netherlands gets a fixed amount of carbon emission rights. This way we can ensure that we do not emit more than our annual limit. Your emission rights will be stored in a Carbon Wallet. So if I want to fly, I’d buy some carbon emissions rights from someone who can’t afford to fly, for example. This way, this poor person can earn some extra money. Or if someone lives in a small house, he can sell his emission rights to someone who lives in a big house, this way poor people can benefit from the green economy.”

In India, thanks to Aadhaar – the world’s largest biometric identity system – citizens must forfeit their fingerprints, face, and iris in order to receive food, healthcare, and social security benefits. While Aadhar was supposed to improve access to public services, it has instead become a tool that not only destroyed privacy but also countless lives, as some two million persons lost access to their benefits, including over one million children denied access to school and women unable to access maternity care.

Maldives is the first to introduce the Universal ID card envisioned by the UN Agenda 2030; this digital Swiss army knife replaces the national ID, payment card, passport, driver’s license and health insurance card, allowing authorities to switch all its functions off if the bearer, for example, misses a mandatory vaccination appointment

Public health as justification for fascism: Bank customers whose deposits were frozen were unable to join protests in Zhengzhou as their health QR codes were turned red by the local  CCP authorities, declaring them a risk to public health

UN chief Antonio Guterres sounded the familiar climate alarm at the COP27 summit in Egypt, stating, “Humanity has a choice: cooperate or perish”, while the keynote speaker Mark Carney revealed that the Net Zero transition represents “the greatest commercial opportunity of our time”, and that the global financial system “must be re-wired to fund windmill farms, biofuels and solar panels using green bonds, green finance indices, and green digital currencies”.

More hot air at the COP27 UN Climate Summit: “Humanity is on a highway to climate hell,” warned UN secretary-general Antonio Guterres “the fight for a liveable planet will be won or lost in this decade“

“Green passports”, QR codes, and digital wallets are to be used in upcoming lockdowns and travel restrictions which will interchangeably be justified by future pandemics and the ever-present climate change.

At the recent summit in Indonesia, the G20 issued a formal decree advocating vaccine passports for all future international travel, while German health minister Karl Lauterbach let the cat out of the bag as far back as 2020 when he declared, “Indeed, a vaccine against CO2 will never exist. We, therefore, need measures that are analogous to the restrictions on personal freedoms during the pandemic control in order to cope with climate change.”

Due to the Pandemic Panic “humankind is getting through 130 billion face masks a year, most of which are not biodegradable and eventually end up in oceans and other water bodies… which are likely to enter our food chain”. While millions of useless masks are flown daily across the planet, food distribution is not a priority: 800 million are starving as 1/3 of the food produced is wasted, enough to feed 3 billion

“’The Great Reset’ is cloaked in the humanitarian language of ‘protecting’ human health, the environment and other benevolent sounding goals. But the aim is to fundamentally change economies, politics, societies and, crucially, what it means to be a free human being“ – Dissident Signposts

The Green Math does not Add up

According to Mark P. Mills of the Manhattan Institute, if we were to cover the entire continental United States with solar panels, we wouldn’t supply half of America’s current electricity energy.  “Oil has 5,000% higher energy density than batteries, and it costs less than $0.50 to store a barrel of oil or its equivalent in natural gas, but $200 to store the equivalent amount of energy in batteries. The energy generated by wind and solar farms which must be stored for later use – for example during winter in Europe – would require $100 trillion worth of batteries and would take 400 years to manufacture.”

Net Zero = Zero energy without fossil fuels, Zero food without fertilizers, and Zero life without freedoms

For over a century, the globalists have relied upon the Hegelian Dialectic of problem-reaction-solution by creating artificial crises which require foreordained solutions; besides wars and pandemics, climate change is a key tool used to tighten their grip on humanity. And with each staged event, the commoners lose additional wealth – which flows into the coffers of those at the top, and more freedoms – which are relinquished in the name of “safety”.

Weather weaponization: every flood, every drought, every heat wave and every storm is now leveraged by the media as proof of “Climate Change

Dr. Kyle Merritt in BC diagnosed a patient with the novel ailment “suffering from climate change“ and was the inspiration for the global initiative “Doctors for planetary health” which calls on governments to declare a “Climate and Ecological Emergency… to protect human and ecosystem wellbeing”

“The Great Reset’ is cloaked in the humanitarian language of ‘protecting’ human health, the environment, and other benevolent-sounding goals. But the aim is to fundamentally change economies, politics, societies and, crucially, what it means to be a free human being“ – Dissident Signposts

Human atmospheric pollution does not pose a threat to the future of intelligent life on earth – but pollution of the human mind by the globalists’ monopolistic media does. Dissatisfied with controlling most of the world’s wealth, the self-proclaimed elite seek to dominate everything – natural resources, food productionhuman DNA, the atmosphere and to herd everybody into smart cities where every second of their lives will be micromanaged.

“The whole aim of practical politics is to keep the populace alarmed, and hence clamorous to be led to safety, by menacing it with an endless series of hobgoblins, all of them imaginary“ – H. L. Mencken

Agenda’s Midterm Grades

Seven years after its passage – and halfway to its 2030 planned climax, and judging by the rapid deindustrialization and precipitous decline in living standards, a strong case could be made for the successful fulfillment of most of the Agenda’s real goals.

Forty percent of US small and medium-sized companies didn’t survive the Covid lockdowns, over one hundred food plants and distribution centers have burned down and the Securities and Exchange Commission is now proposing a regulation that may bankrupt small and medium farmers by mandating “publicly traded companies to report on their carbon emissions and other climate-related information and report such information from any companies with which they do business.”

In Europe, the ban on Russian oil and fertilizer due to the long-planned war in Ukraine is pushing economies into recession, as once powerful German and British industries face collapse due to high energy costs.

However, there is also good news for humanity.

As per the June 2022 SDG report, “For the second year in a row, the world is no longer making progress on the SDGs. A global plan to finance the SDGs is needed. At mid-point on the way to 2030, policy efforts and commitments supporting the SDGs vary significantly across countries, including among G20 countries.”

Farmers and their supporters around the world are staging massive protests, while millions of mRNA vaccine injuries and deaths can no longer be hidden by the media as the “pandemic of the unvaccinated” has turned into a carnage of the vaccinated.

The number of people who are awakened to the WEF/globalist agenda and want to veer from its suicidal path is now approaching critical mass, as per the “3.5% rule” devised by Erica Chenoweth, Professor of Public Policy at Harvard. Dr. Chenweth has researched historical records of civil resistance and unarmed struggle since the beginning of the 20th century and determined that no government can withstand a challenge of 3.5% of its population without either accommodating the movement or – in extreme cases – disintegrating.

The only question is, with 13 billion Covid shots having been administered worldwide, will the number of unlobotomized members of society be sufficient to form that critical mass in time to stop this diabolical agenda?

“Beware of false prophets, which come to you in sheep’s clothing, but inwardly they are ravening wolves” – Matthew 7:15

  1. It appears that the Green movement has been sufficiently infiltrated by the petrochemical industry to render it worthless as well.

  2. “And now for the rest of the story…,”

This does not negate the usefulness of the Heaglian Dialect. As the author notes that for the diabolical scheme to work a crisis must be created.

Food centers do not “burn down” on their own. Pollution and overpopulation, deforestation and destruction of natural resources are real and a natural occurrence among unplanned and disorganized civilizations.
Following the lead that this article seems to promote would only bring us back to the other swing of the crisis pendulum, no?
